상기 용융 수지 조성물은 1 내지 20의 뽑힘비(DDR)로 팽창되는,
인플레이션 필름의 제조 방법:
상기 인플레이션 필름은, 폴리아마이드계 수지; 폴리아마이드계 세그먼트와 폴리에테르(poly-ether)계 세그먼트를 포함하는 공중합체; 및 올레핀계 고분자 화합물;을 포함한 기재 필름을 포함하며,
상기 기재 필름을 170℃조건에서 30분간 열처리 한 이후, 신도 25%에서 상기 기재 필름의 횡방향으로의 모듈러스에 대한 기계 방향으로의 모듈러스의 비율이 0.8 내지 1.2이다.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 용융 수지 조성물을 1.5 내지 3의 팽창비(BUR)로 팽창시키는 단계에서 버블 지름은 버블 지름은 450 내지 2000mm 이며, 다이 직경은 300 내지 800mm 인, 인플레이션 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 용융 수지 조성물은 1 내지 20의 뽑힘비(DDR)로 팽창되는, 인플레이션 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 용융 수지 조성물을 1 내지 20의 뽑힘비(DDR)로 팽창시키는 단계에서 다이갭은 0.5 내지 3.5mm 이며, 필름 두께가 20 내지 300㎛ 인, 인플레이션 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 용융 수지 조성물이 팽창하는 단계에서 형성되는 상기 용융 수지 조성물의 버블 내부의 온도가 10℃ 내지 60℃인, 인플레이션 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,
폴리아마이드계 수지; 폴리아마이드계 세그먼트와 폴리에테르(poly-ether)계 세그먼트를 포함하는 공중합체; 및 올레핀계 고분자 화합물;를 200℃ 내지 300℃에서 용융 및 압출하여 상기 용융 수지 조성물을 형성하는 단계;를 더 포함하는, 인플레이션 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 용융 수지 조성물은 1 내지 20의 뽑힘비(DDR)로 팽창 시킨 이후에,
상기 용융 수지 조성물을 닙롤에 의하여 접하고 냉각하는 단계; 및
상기 냉각된 용융 수지 조성물을 권취하는 단계;를 더 포함하는, 인플레이션 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 용융 수지 조성물로부터 형성된 기재 필름의 적어도 일면에 형성되며 레조시놀-포르말린-라텍스(RFL)계 접착제를 포함하는 접착층을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 인플레이션 필름의 제조 방법. - 삭제
