- 폴리아마이드계 세그먼트 및 필름 전체 중량에 대해 5 내지 50 중량%의 폴리에테르계 세그먼트를 포함한 공중합체; 및 폴리아마이드계 수지;를 포함하고,
30 내지 300 ㎛의 두께를 가지며,
180℃에서 10분간 열처리후 100% 신장시 발생하는 하중이 상온에서 100% 신장시 발생하는 하중의 2배 이하인 타이어 이너라이너용 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
180℃에서 10분간 열처리후 100% 신장시 발생하는 하중이 6 kgf이하인 타이어 이너라이너용 필름.

상기 폴리에테르계 세그먼트는,
폴리에틸렌 글리콜, 폴리프로필렌 글리콜, 폴리테트라메틸렌 글리콜, 폴리옥시에틸렌 디아민, 폴리옥시프로필렌 디아민, 폴리옥시테트라메틸렌 디아민 및 이들의 공중합체로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종의 폴리에테르계 수지의 반복 단위를 포함하는 타이어 이너라이너용 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
미연신 필름인 타이어 이너라이어용 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
200 cc/(㎡ㆍ24hrㆍatm) 이하의 산소 투과도를 갖는 타이어 이너라이너용 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
적어도 필름의 일 표면 상에 형성되어 있고, 레조시놀-포르말린-라텍스(RFL)계 접착제를 포함한 접착층을 더 포함하는 타이어 이너라이너용 필름.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
내열산화방지제 및 열안정제로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 첨가제를 더 포함하는 타이어 이너라이너용 필름.
- 폴리아마이드계 수지 또는 이의 전구체; 및 필름 전체 중량에 대해 5 내지 50 중량%의 폴리에테르계 수지를 중합 반응시켜 공중합체를 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 공중합체 및 폴리아마이드계 수지를 혼합하여 230℃ 내지 300℃에서 용융 및 압출하여 필름을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 제1항의 타이어 이너라이너용 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,
상기 필름은 30 내지 300 ㎛의 두께를 갖는 미연신 필름인 타이어 이너라이너용 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,
상기 용융 압출물로부터 형성된 필름의 적어도 일 표면 상에 레조시놀-포르말린-라텍스(RFL)계 접착제를 포함한 접착층을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 타이어 이너라이너용 필름의 제조 방법.
