Description
이와 관련하여 일본 공표 특허 공보 특표 2015-532858호(2015.11.16), 일본 공개 특허 공보 특개 2002-263995호(2002, 09,17)호가 공개되어 있다.
도 1a는 본 발명의 예시적인 인공 솔리드 뼈의 모식도이다.
도 1b는 본 발명의 다른 하나의 예시적인 인공 솔리드 뼈의 모식도이다.
도 2a는 본 발명의 다른 하나의 예시적인 인공 솔리드 뼈의 모식도이다.
도 2b는 도 2a의 A-A선을 따라 획득한 단면도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 메쉬 구조를 구비하는 다른 하나의 예시적인 인공 솔리드 뼈의 모식도이다.
Claims (8)
- 금속 3D 프린트 기술을 사용하고 코발트 크롬 합금 및 금속 레이저 소결을 사용하여 특정된 변화 형태와 밀도를 구비하는 솔리드 뼈를 형성하는 단계;
상기 솔리드 뼈를 프린트하고 형성한 후 상기 솔리드 뼈의 80% 또는 그 이상의 표면에 동시적으로 컷팅 가공 작업을 진행하여, 상기 솔리드 뼈의 거칠기가 Ry<1 내지 2㎛를 구비하도록 하는 단계; 및
상기 솔리드 뼈의 적어도 하나의 접촉 표면에 동시적인 폴리싱 작업을 진행하여, 상기 접촉 표면이 A4레벨=Ra0.063㎛ 또는 이하의 표면 거칠기를 구비하도록 하는 단계; 를 포함하고,
상기 솔리드 뼈는 제1 밀도 부분 및 밀도가 상기 제1 밀도 부분보다 낮은 제2 밀도 부분을 포함하고,
상기 제1 밀도 부분은 별도의 소결 작업을 진행하는 것을 통해 상기 제2 밀도 부분보다 높은 밀도에 도달하며,
상기 제2 밀도 부분은 메쉬 구조를 구비하는 것으로써 상기 제1 밀도 부분보다 낮은 밀도에 도달하도록 구성되고,
상기 제1 밀도 부분은 상기 제2 밀도 부분 전체를 둘러싸며 위치하며,
상기 제1 밀도 부분은 99.5% 또는 그 이상의 상대 밀도를 구비하고,
상기 제2 밀도 부분은 90% 또는 그 이상의 상대 밀도를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공 솔리드 뼈의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 솔리드 뼈를 프린트하고 형성하는 단계는 상기 솔리드 뼈의 최상부 또는 최저부에 상기 솔리드 뼈의 후속 가공 작업에 유리한 연장 부분을 형성하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 연장 부분은 기둥체 부분이며, 직경이 8mm이고 길이가 8 내지 10mm인 원기둥체 부분을 포함하고,
상기 기둥체 부분의 축선은 상기 솔리드 뼈의 중축선과 평행 또는 중첩되며,
상기 기둥체 부분은 후속적인 가공 작업을 진행하는 가공기와 커플링되어 요구되는 가공 작업을 진행하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공 솔리드 뼈의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 솔리드 뼈는 복사뼈이고,
상기 코발트 크롬 합금은 Co-Cr-Mo 또는 Co-Cr-W-Ni을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공 솔리드 뼈의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
한가지 제조 장치를 통해 상기 솔리드 뼈를 제조하는 바, 상기 제조 장치는,
코발트 크롬 합금 및 다이렉트 금속 레이저 소결을 사용하여 특정된 변화 형태와 밀도를 구비하는 솔리드 뼈를 형성하는 금속 3D 프린트 유닛;
상기 금속 3D 프린트 유닛과 작동 가능하게 연결되고 상기 금속 3D 프린트 유닛이 상기 솔리드 뼈를 프린트하고 형성한 후 상기 솔리드 뼈의 80%의 표면에 동시적으로 컷팅 가공 작업을 진행하여, 상기 솔리드 뼈의 거칠기가 Ry<1 내지 2㎛를 구비하도록 하는 컷팅 가공 유닛;
상기 컷팅 가공 유닛과 작동 가능하게 연결되고, 상기 솔리드 뼈의 적어도 하나의 접촉 표면에 동시적인 폴리싱 작업을 진행하여, 상기 접촉 표면이 A4레벨=Ra0.063㎛ 또는 그 이하의 표면 거칠기를 구비하도록 하는 폴리싱 유닛; 을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공 솔리드 뼈의 제조 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 금속 3D 프린트 유닛이 상기 솔리드 뼈를 프린트하고 형성할 시 상기 솔리드 뼈의 최상부 또는 최저부에 상기 솔리드 뼈의 후속 가공 작업에 유리한 연장 부분을 형성하고,
상기 연장 부분은 기둥체 부분이며, 직경이 8mm이고 길이가 8 내지 10mm인 원기둥체 부분을 포함하고,
상기 기둥체 부분의 축선은 상기 솔리드 뼈의 중축선과 평행 또는 중첩되며,
상기 기둥체 부분은 상기 컷팅 가공 유닛 또는 상기 폴리싱 유닛과 커플링되어 가공 작업을 진행하도록 구성되고,
상기 기둥체 부분은 상기 컷팅 가공 유닛 또는 상기 폴리싱 유닛과 커플링되어 가공 작업을 진행하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공 솔리드 뼈의 제조 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 금속 3D 프린트 유닛에 의해 형성된 상기 솔리드 뼈는 제1 밀도 부분 및 밀도가 상기 제1 밀도 부분보다 낮은 제2 밀도 부분을 포함하고,
상기 제1 밀도 부분은 별도의 소결 작업을 진행하는 것을 통해 상기 제2 밀도 부분보다 높은 밀도에 도달하며,
상기 제2 밀도 부분은 메쉬 구조를 구비하는 것으로써 상기 제1 밀도 부분보다 낮은 밀도에 도달하도록 구성되고,
상기 제1 밀도 부분은 상기 제2 밀도 부분을 둘러싸며 위치하고,
상기 제1 밀도 부분은 99.5% 또는 그 이상의 상대 밀도를 구비하고 상기 제2 밀도 부분은 90% 또는 그 이상의 상대 밀도를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공 솔리드 뼈의 제조 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 금속 3D 프린트 유닛에 의해 형성된 상기 솔리드 뼈는 복사뼈이고, 상기 코발트 크롬 합금은 Co-Cr-Mo 또는 Co-Cr-W-Ni을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공 솔리드 뼈의 제조 방법.
