Claims (7)
- 노말 부텐으로부터 2차 부틸알코올을 제조하기 위한 다중의 회분식 반응 구역을 가지는 연속 교반식 반응기로서, 상기 회분식 반응 구역을 나누는 구획판(150) 상에 1개의 유체이동통로(151) 및 교반기 샤프트 구멍(152)을 통과하는 샤프트(130)와 상기 구획판(150) 사이의 틈을 포함하고,
각 구획판(150) 상의 상기 유체이동통로(151)는 인접하는 다른 구획판(150) 상의 유체이동통로(151)와 상기 샤프트(130)를 기준으로 반대편 측에 위치하고,
상기 유체이동통로(151) 및 교반기 샤프트 구멍(152)을 통과하는 샤프트(130)와 상기 구획판(150) 사이의 틈을 통해 생성물로서 2차 부틸 알코올을 포함하는 상기 회분식 반응 구역 내의 유체가 인접한 회분식 반응 구역으로 이동할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 교반식 수화반응기. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 노말 부텐은 1-부텐, 시스-2-부텐 또는 트랜스-2-부텐 중에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상을 포함하고, 헤테로폴리산 수용액(103)을 촉매로 사용하여 2차 부틸 알코올로 전환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 교반식 수화반응기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회분식 반응 구역이 5개 이상 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 교반식 수화반응기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 회분식 반응 구역은 상기 연속 교반식 수화반응기(100)의 샤프트(130)에 결합된 교반기(140)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 교반식 수화반응기.
- 삭제
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항 기재의 연속 교반식 수화반응기를 이용하여, 헤테로폴리산 수용액(103)을 반응기(100) 내부에 채우고, 이어서 상기 노말 부텐을 포함하는 원료(101)를 공급하고, 상기 헤테로 폴리산 수용액(103)을 촉매로 이용하여, 상기 원료(101)에 포함된 노말 부텐을 생성물로서의 2차 부틸 알코올로 전환시키고, 상기 연속 교반식 수화반응기(100)내에서 초임계 상태의 기상을 형성하고 있는 노말 부텐이 액상에 포함된 생성물을 기상으로 추출하여 반응기를 빠져 나오게 하고, 이후 상기 초임계 상태의 노말 부텐과 생성물로서의 상기 2차 부틸 알코올을 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 부틸 알코올의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 원료(101)는 상기 연속 교반식 수화반응기(100) 하부의 노말 부텐 공급구(110)로 공급하는 것이며, 공급되는 상기 원료(101)는 흐름 내 노말부텐의 함량이 50wt% 이상이고, 상기 원료(101)의 유속이 LHSV 0.20 ~ 5.00 hr-1 인 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 부틸 알코올의 제조방법.
