Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 액정 표시 장치에서, 액정 패널을 투과하는 각 파장에 따른 빛들의 투과율을 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 액정 표시 장치에서, 백라이트 유닛이 조사하는 백라이트의 파장별 강도를 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 4의 (A)는 비교예1을 설명하기 위한 그래프이고, (B)는 비교예2를 설명하기 위한 그래프이고, (C)는 비교예3을 설명하기 위한 그래프이며, (D)는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 액정 표시 장치의 효과를 설명하기 위한 그래프이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 액정 표시 장치에서, 액정 패널을 투과하는 각 파장에 따른 빛들의 투과율을 나타낸 그래프이다.
Claims (9)
- 제1 파장을 가지는 제1 빛을 표시하는 제1 화소, 상기 제1 파장 대비 큰 제2 파장을 가지는 제2 빛을 표시하는 제2 화소, 상기 제2 파장 대비 큰 제3 파장을 가지는 제3 빛을 표시하는 제3 화소를 포함하는 액정 표시 장치에서,
상기 제1 빛, 상기 제2 빛, 상기 제3 빛 각각에 대한 최대 투과율이 다르며, 상기 제1 화소, 상기 제2 화소, 상기 제3 화소 각각의 화소 전극에 서로 다른 전압이 인가되어 상기 제1 화소, 상기 제2 화소, 상기 제3 화소 각각에서 표시하는 상기 제1 빛, 상기 제2 빛, 제3 빛 각각이 최대 투과율로 표시되는 액정 패널, 및
상기 액정 패널로 백라이트를 조사하는 백라이트 유닛을 포함하고,
상기 액정 패널은 상기 제3 빛에 대한 최대 투과율이 상기 제2 빛에 대한 최대 투과율 및 상기 제1 빛에 대한 최대 투과율 대비 크고, 상기 제2 빛에 대한 최대 투과율이 상기 제1 빛에 대한 최대 투과율 대비 크고,
상기 백라이트 유닛의 상기 백라이트는 상기 제1 파장의 전체 강도가 다른 파장 대비 높고, 상기 제1 파장을 가지는 빛으로 시인되는 액정 표시 장치. - 삭제
