도 2는, 자동 주차 제어에 있어서 자동 주차가 완료되면 자동으로 파킹락을 행하는 파크 바이 와이어 시스템을 구비하는 파킹 제어계를 도시하는 파킹 제어계 구성도이다.
도 3은, 실시예 1의 PBW 컨트롤러로 실행되는 파크 바이 와이어 시스템의 고장 진단 처리의 흐름을 도시하는 서브루틴에 의한 흐름도이다.
도 4는, 실시예 1의 자동 주차 제어부에서 실행되는 인터럽트 페일 세이프 제어에 의한 자동 주차 제어 처리의 흐름을 도시하는 메인루틴에 의한 흐름도이다.
Claims (6)
- 자동 주차 제어에 의해 목표 정차 위치에서 자동 주차가 완료되면 자동으로 파킹락을 행하는 파크 바이 와이어 시스템을 구비하고, 상기 파크 바이 와이어 시스템의 파크 액추에이터에 대한 파킹락 실행 명령과 파킹락 해제 실행 명령을 연산하는 차량의 자동 주차 제어 방법에 있어서,
상기 자동 주차 제어 중에 상기 파크 바이 와이어 시스템이 정상으로 작동하지 않는 시스템 이상이 발생하는지를 판정하고,
상기 자동 주차 제어를 개시하기 전에 상기 시스템 이상이 발생한다는 것이 판정되면, 상기 자동 주차 제어의 개시를 허가하지 않는
것을 특징으로 하고,
상기 파크 바이 와이어 시스템에서, 상기 파킹락은 변속기 출력축 또는 종감속 기어의 기어축에 마련되는 파킹 기어를 파킹 폴과 끼워 맞춤으로써 수행되고,
상기 파크 바이 와이어 시스템은, 셀렉트 레버와 파킹락 기구가 기계적으로 연결되어 있지 않고, 상기 파킹락 기구는 상기 파크 액추에이터에 의해 동작하는 시스템이고,
상기 판정은, 상기 시스템 이상이 시간 경과에 의해서도 해소되지 않는 고장 확정인지 또는 시간 경과에 의해 해소되는 가고장인지 여부에 대한 진단을 기초로 이루어지고,

상기 시스템 이상은, 상기 파크 바이 와이어 시스템이 파킹락 불능으로 되는 고장이며,
상기 자동 주차 제어를 개시하기 전에 상기 파킹락 불능으로 되는 고장의 발생이 판정되면, 상기 자동 주차 제어의 개시를 금지하는
것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 자동 주차 제어 방법. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 자동 주차 제어의 개시 후부터 자동 주차의 완료 전까지의 동안에 상기 고장의 발생이 판정되면, 브레이크 정차에 의한 정지 유지 상태를 확인한 후, 상기 자동 주차 제어를 오프로 하는
것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 자동 주차 제어 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 자동 주차 제어는, 무인 주행에 의한 자동 주차 제어를 행하고, 목표 정차 위치에서 자동 주차가 완료되면 자동으로 파킹락을 행하는 제어 기능을 갖고,
상기 무인 주행에 의한 자동 주차 제어를 개시하기 전에 파킹락 불능으로 되는 고장의 발생이 판정되면, 상기 무인 주행에 의한 자동 주차 제어의 개시를 금지하는
것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 자동 주차 제어 방법. - 자동 주차 제어를 행하는 자동 주차 컨트롤러와,
상기 자동 주차 제어에 의해 목표 정차 위치에서 자동 주차가 완료되면 자동으로 파킹락을 행하는 파크 바이 와이어 시스템에 갖춰지는 파크 바이 와이어 컨트롤러와,
상기 파크 바이 와이어 시스템의 파크 액추에이터에 대한 파킹락 실행 명령과 파킹락 해제 실행 명령을 연산하는 PBW 컨트롤러
를 구비하는 차량의 자동 주차 제어 장치에 있어서,
상기 파크 바이 와이어 컨트롤러는, 상기 자동 주차 제어 중에 상기 파크 바이 와이어 시스템이 정상으로 작동하지 않는 시스템 이상이 발생하는지를 판정하는 고장 진단 처리부를 갖고,
상기 자동 주차 컨트롤러는, 상기 자동 주차 제어를 개시하기 전에 상기 시스템 이상이 발생한다는 것이 판정되면, 상기 자동 주차 제어의 개시를 허가하지 않는 페일 세이프 제어 처리부를 갖는
것을 특징으로 하고,
상기 파크 바이 와이어 시스템에서, 상기 파킹락은 변속기 출력축 또는 종감속 기어의 기어축에 마련되는 파킹 기어를 파킹 폴과 끼워 맞춤으로써 수행되고,
상기 파크 바이 와이어 시스템은, 셀렉트 레버와 파킹락 기구가 기계적으로 연결되어 있지 않고, 상기 파킹락 기구는 상기 파크 액추에이터에 의해 동작하는 시스템이고,
상기 판정은, 상기 시스템 이상이 시간 경과에 의해서도 해소되지 않는 고장 확정인지 또는 시간 경과에 의해 해소되는 가고장인지 여부에 대한 진단을 기초로 이루어지고,
상기 가고장은, 모터의 온도 또는 배터리의 용량 또는 온도에 기초하여, 상기 모터에 인가 가능한 모터 전압 또는 모터 전류를 감시함으로써 진단되는 차량의 자동 주차 제어 장치.
