Claims (9)
- 펌프 조립체로서,
상부와 하부가 개방되고 내부에 중공이 형성되며, 상단 외주면을 따라 제 1 날개부가 외측으로 돌출되는 실린더;
적어도 일부가 상기 실린더 내에 삽입되어 상기 실린더의 상부를 적어도 부분적으로 밀폐하며, 상단 외주면을 따라 제 2 날개부가 외측으로 돌출되는 실링부;
외력에 의해 하방 이동하여 상기 실린더 내부의 압력을 변화시키는 스템;
상기 스템과 상기 실링부 사이에 구비되어, 상기 실링부에서 상기 스템을 향하여 탄성력을 제공하는 탄성 부재; 및
상기 실린더의 상단을 감싸도록 결합되어, 상기 펌프 조립체를 용기부에 착탈 가능하게 결합시키는 하우징부를 포함하고,
상기 하우징부가 상기 용기부에 결합함에 따라, 상기 제 1 날개부 및 상기 제 2 날개부는 상기 하우징부의 내면에 의해 하방 가압되어 상기 용기부의 상단에 고정되며,
상기 하우징부는, 상부와 하부가 개방되고 내부에 중공이 형성되어, 상기 스템 및 상기 탄성 부재의 적어도 일부를 수용하는 수용부; 상기 수용부로부터 외측으로 이격 배치되며, 내주면을 따라 상기 용기부와 결합되는 결합부가 형성되는 측벽부; 및 상기 수용부의 외주면으로부터 외측으로 연장되어 상기 측벽부와 상기 수용부를 연결하는 연결부를 포함하고,
상기 수용부가 상기 실링부의 내측으로 소정의 깊이만큼 삽입됨으로써 상기 하우징부와 상기 실링부가 결합되는, 펌프 조립체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 실린더의 상단에는 내측 둘레를 따라 안착홈이 형성되고,
상기 제 2 날개부의 적어도 일부가 상기 안착홈에 수용됨으로써, 상기 제 1 날개부의 상면과 상기 제 2 날개부의 상면의 높이가 정렬되는, 펌프 조립체. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 실링부의 내측 하부면으로부터 상측으로 제 1 테두리부가 돌출되며,
상기 제 1 테두리부의 외주면에 제 1 결합돌기가 형성되고, 상기 수용부의 하단 내주면에 제 2 결합돌기가 형성되어, 상기 수용부의 삽입에 따라 상기 제 1 결합돌기가 상기 제 2 결합돌기에 체결되는, 펌프 조립체. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 실링부의 내측 하부면에는 상기 제 1 테두리부의 외측으로 상기 실린더의 내부와 연통하는 적어도 하나의 제 1 공기 출입홀이 형성되는, 펌프 조립체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 탄성 부재는 벨로우즈 타입으로서 측면이 밀폐되고,
상기 스템의 상부 외주면으로부터 상기 탄성 부재의 상단을 지지하기 위한 제 2 테두리부가 외측으로 돌출 형성되며,
상기 제 2 테두리부에는 상기 탄성 부재의 개방된 상부와 연통하는 적어도 하나의 제 2 공기 출입홀이 형성되는, 펌프 조립체. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 테두리부에는 상기 탄성 부재의 상단의 외측 변형을 제한하기 위한 하방 연장부가 상기 제 2 테두리부의 둘레로부터 하측으로 돌출되는, 펌프 조립체. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 수용부는 상기 제 2 테두리부에 대응하는 높이까지 상측으로 연장되어, 상기 탄성 부재가 외부로 노출되지 않도록 상기 탄성 부재를 내측에 수용하는, 펌프 조립체. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 탄성 부재의 재질은, 폴리에테르에테르케톤(PEEK), 폴리카보네이트(PC), 폴리옥시메틸렌(POM), 포리케톤(POK), 폴리부티렌테레프탈레이트(PBT), 폴리프로필렌(PP), 폴리에틸렌(PE), 폴리옥시프로필렌(POP), 폴리올레핀 엘라스토머(POE) 및 에틸렌 옥텐/부텐 중합체(Ethylene Octene/Butene Copolymers) 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 펌프 조립체.
