도 2는 차량 컨트롤러가 갖는 기능적인 구성 요소를 도시하는 블록도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시 형태에 관한 전동 장치에 의한 토크 제한의 처리 수순을 설명하는 흐름도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시 형태에 관한 전동 장치에 의한 토크 제한의 제1 예를 나타내는 타이밍 차트이며, (a)는 엔진 회전수의 변화, (b)는 액셀러레이터 개방도의 변화, (c)는 엔진 지령 토크의 변화, (d)는 차량 구동력의 변화의 모습을 도시한다.

Claims (9)
- 내연 기관과, 상기 내연 기관에 접속된 제1 전동기를 구비한 전동 장치에 있어서,
상기 내연 기관을 비연소 모드로부터 연소 모드로 천이시키고, 상기 제1 전동기에 의해 상기 내연 기관의 회전수를 소정 회전 영역의 회전수까지 저하시키는 기간에 있어서,
상기 연소 모드의 상기 내연 기관에 대한 상기 소정 회전 영역에서의 요구 토크보다도, 상기 내연 기관이 발생시키는 토크를 낮게 하는 토크 제한을 실시하는 전동 장치 제어 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 연소 모드의 상기 내연 기관의 회전수 저하 속도보다도, 상기 토크 제한을 실시할 때의 상기 내연 기관의 회전수 저하 속도를 크게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 장치 제어 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 연소 모드의 상기 내연 기관의 회전수 저하 속도보다도, 상기 토크 제한을 실시할 때의 상기 내연 기관의 회전수 저하 속도를 작게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 장치 제어 방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 내연 기관의 회전수와 상기 소정 회전 영역에 있는 목표 회전수의 차가 소정값을 하회한 경우에, 상기 토크 제한을 해제하고, 상기 내연 기관이 발생시키는 토크를 상기 요구 토크까지 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 장치 제어 방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 토크 제한을 해제한 후, 상기 내연 기관이 발생시키는 토크가 소정 토크 역치까지 증가될 때까지의 동안, 상기 내연 기관이 발생시키는 토크의 증가 속도가 소정 제한값을 초과하지 않도록 제한하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 장치 제어 방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 소정 토크 역치는, 상기 전동 장치가 탑재된 차량의 구동을 위해 필요한 요구 전력을 상기 제1 전동기에서 발생시키기 위해 상기 내연 기관이 발생시키는 토크인 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 장치 제어 방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 요구 전력은, 상기 차량을 구동하기 위해 필요한 토크를 제2 전동기에서 발생시키기 위해 필요한 전력으로부터, 상기 차량에 탑재된 배터리로부터 공급 가능한 전력을 차감한 전력인 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 장치 제어 방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 전동 장치가 탑재된 차량이 감속으로부터 가속으로 천이하는 경우에, 상기 토크 제한을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 장치 제어 방법. - 내연 기관과, 상기 내연 기관에 접속된 제1 전동기를 구비한 전동 장치이며,
상기 내연 기관을 비연소 모드로부터 연소 모드로 천이시키고, 상기 제1 전동기에 의해 상기 내연 기관의 회전수를 소정 회전 영역의 회전수까지 저하시키는 기간에 있어서,
상기 연소 모드의 상기 내연 기관에 대한 상기 소정 회전 영역에서의 요구 토크보다도, 상기 내연 기관이 발생시키는 토크를 낮게 하는 토크 제한을 실행하는 제어 회로를 구비하는 전동 장치.
