Claims (6)
- 외관을 형성하는 밀폐용기와, 상기 밀폐용기의 내부에 장착되어 회전력을 발생시키는 구동유닛과, 상기 구동유닛에 의해 회전구동되는 크랭크축과, 상기 크랭크축의 상단에 상기 크랭크축의 축과 편심되게 설치되는 편심핀과, 상기 크랭크축에 설치되어 상기 편심핀에 의한 회전불균형을 보상하는 웨이트밸런스부와, 상기 크랭크축에 연결되어 상기 구동유닛에 의해 발생된 회전력을 직선 구동력으로 전환하는 커넥팅 로드와, 상기 커넥팅 로드에 연결되고 냉매를 압축하는 피스톤을 포함하며,
상기 편심핀에 체결되어 상기 편심핀과 상기 웨이트밸런스부와 함께 회전하여 상기 크랭크축측으로 바람을 발생시키는 편심팬을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편심팬을 가지며,
상기 편심팬은, 상기 편심핀과 동축으로 형성되고 상기 편심핀에 체결되는 플레이트부와, 상기 플레이트부의 저면에 체결되며 상기 플레이트부의 중앙을 중심으로 방사상으로 배치되는 날개부를 구비하고,
상기 플레이트부는 상기 편심팬의 중앙을 중심으로 일측의 플레이트부를 원호형상으로 절개하고, 절개된 상기 플레이트부의 하부의 날개부를 절개하여,
상기 편심팬을 상기 웨이트밸런스부에 상응하는 보조웨이트밸런스부로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편심팬을 가지는 밀폐형 압축기.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 편심팬은 상기 크랭크축의 상기 편심핀에 끼워맞춤되는 체결부를 더욱 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편심팬을 가지는 밀폐형 압축기.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 편심팬의 체결부에는 나사산이 형성되어 상기 편심핀의 외측에 형성된 나사산과 나사결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편심팬을 가지는 밀폐형 압축기.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 플레이트부의 상부면으로부터 상부측으로 세워 설치되는 복수의 상부 블레이드를 더욱 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편심팬을 가지는 밀폐형 압축기.
