도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 씨앗층과 분리막의 SEM 이미지 및 XRD 그래프이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 4 개의 HM 분리막과 MFI 입자의 XRD 그래프이다.

Claims (11)
- 0.1~5 ㎛의 두께를 가지고 2 nm 이하의 미세기공 및 2~20 nm 크기의 메조기공을 포함하는 계층적 구조의 제올라이트 분리막.
- MFI 씨앗층이 형성된 지지체 위에 테트라알킬포스포늄염: SiO2: H2O = 5~50: 5~500: 1,000~50,000의 몰비로 구성된 이차 성장용액을 첨가하고 수열합성시키는 단계를 포함하는 제1항의 계층적 구조의 제올라이트 분리막의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 테트라알킬포스포늄염은 TBPOH, TBPF, TBPBr, TBPCl, TBPI, TPPOH, TPPF, TPPBr, TPPCl, TPPI, TEPOH, TEPF, TEPBr, TEPCl 및 TEPI으로 구성된 군에서 1종 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 계층적 구조의 제올라이트 분리막의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수열합성은 70~175 ℃의 온도에서 12~240 시간 동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 계층적 구조의 제올라이트 분리막의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수열합성은 1회 또는 2회 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 계층적 구조의 제올라이트 분리막의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수열합성 이후에 분리막을 30~200 ℃의 온도에서 1~24 시간 동안 건조시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 계층적 구조의 제올라이트 분리막의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 건조 이후에 분리막을 10~1,000 mL/min-1의 공기의 흐름하에서 0.2~10 ℃/min-1의 상승속도로 350~650 ℃에서 6~48 시간 동안 소성시켜 분리막 내부에 남아 있는 유기구조유도체를 제거하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 계층적 구조의 제올라이트 분리막의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 지지체는 알루미나, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 폴리설폰, 폴리이미드, 실리카, 글래스 감마-알루미나, 멀라이트(mullite), 지르코니아(zirconia), 티타니아(titania), 이트리아(yttria), 세리아(ceria), 바나디아(vanadia), 실리콘, 스테인레스 스틸 및 카본으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 계층적 구조의 제올라이트 분리막의 제조방법.
- 제1항의 계층적 구조의 제올라이트 분리막을 이용하여 크실렌 이성질체를 포함하는 방향족 탄화수소의 혼합물로부터 p-크실렌을 분리하는 p-크실렌의 분리방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 크실렌 이성질체는 p-크실렌, m-크실렌, o-크실렌, 에틸벤젠인 것을 특징으로 하는 p-크실렌의 분리방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 100 ℃ 이상의 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 p-크실렌의 분리방법.
