Claims (10)
- 스프레이 침착 시스템(spray deposition system)에 있어서:
스프레이 발생기에 의해 생성된 유체 액적들의 스프레이 상에 전하를 침착하도록(deposit) 구성된 코로나 충전 시스템;
유로(flow pathway)를 따라 상기 액적들을 이동시키도록 기류를 생성하는 공기 지향기(air director);
조밀한 액적 스트림을 형성하기 위해 충전된 유체 액적 스프레이를 집속(focus) 및 시준(collimate)하도록 구성된 집속 전극들로서, 상기 유체 액적들의 스트림에 대한 터널형 경로를 형성하기 위해 상기 유로를 가로질러 격리된 전극들의 쌍들을 포함하는 상기 집속 전극들;
기판 상에 상기 충전된 유체 액적들을 침착하도록 구성된 액적 침착 시스템; 및
상기 기판 상에 침착되는 상기 충전된 유체 액적들 상의 전하를 중화하도록 구성된 전하 제거 시스템을 포함하는, 스프레이 침착 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유체 액적들을 접수하고 상기 집속 전극들 쪽으로 상기 유체 액적들을 지향시키도록 구성되는 스프레이 지향기를 더 포함하는, 스프레이 침착 시스템.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 유체 액적들은 상기 유체 액적들이 상기 코로나 충전 시스템들에 의해 충전되기 전 또는 후에 상기 집속 전극들을 향하여 지향되는, 스프레이 침착 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 코로나 충전 시스템은 상기 지향된 유체 액적들 상에 양전하를 침착하는, 스프레이 침착 시스템.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 전하 제거 시스템들은 중화된 유체 액적들의 액적 침착 스트림을 형성하기 위해 상기 지향된 유체 액적들에 코로나 음전하를 인가하도록 구성되는, 스프레이 침착 시스템.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 전하 제거 시스템들은 음으로 충전된 플라즈마로 상기 지향된 유체 액적들에 상기 코로나 음전하를 인가하도록 구성되는, 스프레이 침착 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 액적 침착 시스템은 주문형(on-demand) 액적 침착 시스템인, 스프레이 침착 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유체 액적들이 기판 상에 침착될 때 상기 충전된 유체 액적들에 기류 스트림을 인가하도록 구성된 침착 기류 소자를 더 포함하는, 스프레이 침착 시스템.
