Claims (8)
- ABS(Anti-Lock Brake System) 동작시에, 제어부가 감지부를 통해 유압변조부의 적어도 하나의 인렛 밸브(Inlet Valve, IV)의 개방 여부를 감지하는 단계;
상기 적어도 하나의 인렛 밸브가 개방되면 미리 설정된 기준치만큼 모터의 동작 전류를 상승시켜 상기 ABS 동작시의 메인 마스터실린더의 압력 감소를 억제하는 단계;
상기 모터의 동작 전류를 상승시킨 이후 미리 설정된 기준 시간이 경과하는지 판단하는 단계; 및
상기 기준 시간이 경과하면 상기 모터의 동작 전류를 원상 복귀시키는 단계를 포함하는 차량 자세 제어방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 인렛 밸브의 개방 여부를 판단하는 단계에서, 상기 제어부는 상기 감지부를 통해 감지되는 상기 적어도 하나의 인렛 밸브에 대한 제어 듀티의 변화에 기초하여 상기 적어도 하나의 인렛 밸브의 개방 여부를 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 자세 제어방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 인렛 밸브의 개방 여부를 판단하는 단계에서, 상기 제어부는 상기 제어 듀티의 변화량이 미리 설정된 기준 변화량을 초과하면 상기 적어도 하나의 인렛 밸브가 개방된 것으로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 자세 제어방법.
- 차량에 제동 필요성이 발생하면 제동압력을 형성하도록 제어하는 제어부;
상기 제어부의 제어에 기초하여 유압을 형성하는 액추에이터부;
상기 제어부의 제어에 기초하여 상기 유압의 공급 또는 해제를 위한 적어도 하나의 밸브를 개방 또는 폐쇄시켜 제동압력을 형성하는 유압변조부; 및
상기 유압변조부의 적어도 하나의 인렛 밸브(Inlet Valve)의 개방 여부를 감지하는 감지부를 포함하되, 상기 제어부는 상기 적어도 하나의 인렛 밸브가 개방되면 미리 설정된 기준치만큼 상기 액추에이터부에 포함된 모터의 동작 전류를 상승시켜 ABS 동작시의 메인 마스터실린더의 압력 감소를 억제하고, 상기 모터의 동작 전류를 상승시킨 이후 미리 설정된 기준 시간이 경과하면 상기 모터의 동작 전류를 원상 복귀시키는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 자세 제어장치.

- 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는 상기 감지부를 통해 감지되는 상기 적어도 하나의 인렛 밸브에 대한 제어 듀티의 변화에 기초하여 상기 적어도 하나의 인렛 밸브의 개방 여부를 감지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 자세 제어장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는 상기 제어 듀티의 변화량이 미리 설정된 기준 변화량을 초과하면 상기 적어도 하나의 인렛 밸브가 개방된 것으로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 자세 제어장치.
