Claims (20)
- 가) 시험온도 200℃, 시험하중 5kg에서 멜트플로우 값이 15g/10분 미만인 비닐 방향족 탄화수소·공역 디엔 블록공중합체 100중량부에 대하여 점착성 부여 수지 0.1~100중량부, 방향족 성분 함유량이 20~60중량%이고 40℃에서의 동점도가 70~900㎟/s인 프로세스 오일 5~100중량부를 함유하고, 상기 성분들의 합계 100중량부에 대하여 0.1~40중량부의 고무를 더 포함하는 아스팔트 개질재 100중량부;에 대하여
나) 내수성 증가제로서 폴리아민(POLYAMINE), 폴리아미도아민(POLYAMIDOAMINE), 지방산 아미도아민(FATTY AMIDOAMINE), 반응성 아미도아민(REACTIVE AMIDOAMINE) 중 선택된 1종 이상의 아민 접착 촉진제 0.1~5중량부 및 아연 나프테네이트(ZINC NAPHTHENATE), 칼슘 나프테네이트(CALCIUM NAPHTHENATE), 망간 나프테네이트(MANGANESE NAPHTHENATE), 철 나프테네이트(IRON NAPHTHENATE) 중 선택된 1종 이상의 나프테네이트 첨가물 0.1~3중량부; 및
다) 아스팔트 소취제로서 사이프러스 에센셜 오일, 파인 에센셜 오일, 시더우드 에센셜 오일, 아니스 에센셜 오일, 시트러스 에센셜 오일, 클로브 에센셜 오일 중 선택된 1종 이상의 식물성 에센셜 오일 및 알코올, 에테르, 에스테르, 모노테르펜, 세스퀴테르펜, 옥사이드, 케톤, 알데하이드 화합물 중 1종 이상을 혼합한 식물성 에센셜 오일 혼합물 0.001~2중량부 및 입경 100미크론 이하의 분말상 활성탄 0.1~0.3중량부;를 포함하는 아스팔트 냄새 제거 및 골재 탈리 방지용 아스팔트 개질재.
- 가) 골재류 70~95.9중량%;
나) 채움재 1~10중량% 및
다) 아스팔트 3~10중량%; 및
라) 상기 청구항 1의 아스팔트 냄새 제거 및 골재 탈리 방지용 아스팔트 개질재 0.1~10중량%;를 포함하는 개질 아스팔트 혼합물.

상기 아스팔트 혼합물의 혼합입도는 WC-2 입도의 체 통과 중량백분율 기준인 13mm 체 95-100%, 10mm 체 84-92%, 5mm 체 55-70%, 2.5mm 체 35-50%, 0.6mm 체 18-30%, 0.3mm 체 10-21%, 0.15mm 체 6-16% 및 0.08 mm 체 4-8%인 것을 특징으로 하는 표층용 개질 아스팔트 혼합물.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 아스팔트 혼합물의 혼합입도는 WC-3 입도의 체 통과 중량백분율 기준인 20mm 체 90-100%, 13mm 체 72-90%, 10mm 체 56-80%, 5mm 체 35-65%, 2.5mm 체 23-49%, 0.6mm 체 10-28%, 0.3mm 체 5-19%, 0.15mm 체 3-13% 및 0.08mm 체 2-8%인 것을 특징으로 하는 표층용 개질 아스팔트 혼합물.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 아스팔트 혼합물의 혼합입도는 WC-4 입도의 체 통과 중량백분율 기준인 20mm 체 95-100%, 13mm 체 75-90%, 10mm 체 67-84%, 5mm 체 45-65%, 2.5mm 체 35-50%, 0.6mm 체 18-30%, 0.3mm 체 10-21%, 0.15mm 체 6-16% 및 0.08mm 체 4-8%인 것을 특징으로 하는 표층용 개질 아스팔트 혼합물.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 아스팔트 혼합물의 혼합입도는 WC-5 입도의 체 통과 중량백분율 기준인 20mm 체 90-100%, 13mm 체 69-84%, 10mm 체 56-74%, 5mm 체 35-55%, 2.5mm 체 23-38%, 0.6mm 체 10-23%, 0.3mm 체 5-16%, 0.15mm 체 3-12% 및 0.08mm 체 2-10%인 것을 특징으로 하는 표층용 내유동성 개질 아스팔트 혼합물.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 아스팔트 혼합물의 혼합입도는 WC-6 입도의 체 통과 중량백분율 기준인 13mm 체 90-100%, 10mm 체 73-90%, 5mm 체 40-60%, 2.5mm 체 25-40%, 0.6mm 체 11-22%, 0.3mm 체 7-16%, 0.15mm 체 4-12% 및 0.08mm 체 3-9%인 것을 특징으로 하는 표층용 내유동성 개질 아스팔트 혼합물.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 아스팔트 혼합물의 혼합입도는 배수성 포장 체 통과 중량백분율 기준인 20mm 체 90-100%, 13mm 체 45-85%, 10mm 체 27-73%, 5mm 체 5-40%, 2.5mm 체 5-32%인 것을 특징으로 하는 20mm 배수성 개질 아스팔트 혼합물.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 아스팔트 혼합물의 혼합입도는 배수성 포장 체 통과 중량백분율 기준인 13mm 체 85-100%, 10mm 체 57-92%, 5mm 체 5-43%인 것을 특징으로 하는 13mm 배수성 개질 아스팔트 혼합물.

상기 아스팔트 혼합물의 혼합입도는 체 통과 중량백분율 기준인 5mm 체 50-100% 2.5mm 체 13-55%, 0.3mm 체 8-27% 및 0.08mm 체 1-15%인 것을 특징으로 하는 8mm 저소음 개질 아스팔트 혼합물.
