Abstract
본 발명에 따르면, 천연섬유를 기반으로 하여 용제형 접착제등의 합성수지의 사용을 제한하고 생분해성을 갖는 폴리락트산 섬유를 적용하여, 친환경적이면서 통기도 및 흡차음성이 매우 우수한 흡차음재 및 이의 제조방법을 제공할 수 있다.
Description
도 2는 캘린더 가공 전 케냐프 섬유, 아바카 섬유 또는 울낙모 섬유로 이루어진 부직포(흡음층)를 주사전자현미경(SEM)으로 촬영한 사진이다.
도 3은 케냐프 섬유, 아바카 섬유 또는 울낙모 섬유로 이루어진 부직포(흡음층)를 캘린더 가공 후 주사전자현미경(SEM)으로 촬영한 사진이다.

Claims (6)
- 경도 70~90도, 융점 100~130℃, 신율 250~350%인 열가소성 폴리우레탄 핫멜트 필름에 무기물 파우더, 열경화성 수지 파우더, 천연섬유 단섬유, 천연 목분 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 통기성 형성물질이 포함되고, 두께가 80~120미크론이면서 단위면적당 중량이 230~260g/m2인 차음층; 및
식물성 섬유 또는 동물성 섬유를 포함하는 기재 섬유에, 섬도 1~5데니어(denier)의 폴리락트산(Polylactic acid, PLA) 섬유가 결속된 것으로서, 상기 차음층상에 적층된 흡음층; 을 포함하고,
상기 흡음층 내 상기 폴리락트산 섬유 함량이 40~70중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡차음재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기재 섬유는 아밀라제 효소 존재하에, 70 내지 90 ℃에 가열하여 정제된 것으로, 섬도가 3~5.5 데니어인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡차음재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 흡차음재는 발수기능을 갖는 코팅층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡차음재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 흡차음재는 두께가 40~ 50mm이고, 두께 방향의 기체투과도가 0.1 ~ 100 (㎤/㎠·초)인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡차음재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 흡음층은 재생폴리에스터 섬유를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡차음재.
- (S1) 식물성 섬유 또는 동물성 섬유를 포함하는 기재 섬유에, 섬도 1~5데니어(denier)의 폴리락트산(Polylactic acid, PLA) 섬유가 결속되어, 상기 폴리락트산 섬유가 40~70중량% 함유된 흡음층 시트를 공급하는 단계; 및
(S2) 경도 70~90도, 융점 100~130℃, 신율 250~350%인 열가소성 폴리우레탄 핫멜트 필름에 무기물 파우더, 열경화성 수지 파우더, 천연섬유 단섬유, 천연 목분 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 통기성 형성물질이 포함된 차음층을 두께 80~120미크론, 단위면적당 중량 230~260g/m2로 상기 흡음층 시트에 적층 결합시키는 단계; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡차음재의 제조방법.
