Claims (16)
- 공기 여과 장치로서,
공기 입구와 공기 출구를 갖춘 기부;
상기 기부에 기능적으로 부착되는 팬(fan)으로서, 상기 팬은 상기 공기 출구를 통해 공기를 이동시킬 수 있는, 상기 팬;
상기 공기 출구와 공기 유동 연통하는 공기 필터 백(air filter bag)으로서, 상기 장치가 사용 중일 때 공기가 상기 공기 필터 백으로부터 유출되는 공기 유동 표면적을 포함하는, 상기 공기 필터 백;
제1 개방 단부, 제2 개방 단부, 및 그들 사이의 공기 유동 경로를 포함하는 공기 불투과성인 외측 슬리브(outer sleeve)로서, 상기 외측 슬리브는 상기 공기 출구와 공기 유동 연통하고, 상기 외측 슬리브는 상기 공기 필터 백을 그의 종축을 중심으로 둘러싸며 상기 공기 필터 백과 상기 외측 슬리브 사이의 공간 갭(gap)을 한정하는, 상기 외측 슬리브를 포함하고,
상기 공기 유동 경로 내의 공기 유량은 80 내지 100 CFM이고, 상기 공간 갭에서의 압력 강하는 8 Pa 미만이고,
상기 공기 필터 백의 상기 공기 유동 표면적은 종축을 따라 위치되는 하부 영역 및 상부 영역을 포함하고, 상기 하부 영역에서의 최소 공간 갭은 3 mm 이상이고 상기 상부 영역에서의 최소 공간 갭은 15 mm 이상이며, 상기 공기 필터 백은 20 내지 60 ㎏/㎥의 밀도를 갖는 60 gsm HET 재료의 부직포를 포함하고,
상기 60 gsm HET 재료에는, 하이드로인탱글드 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 섬유와 이에 대한 지지를 제공하기 위한 10 내지 20 gsm 스펀본드 폴리프로필렌 층이 포함되는, 공기 여과 장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외측 슬리브의 상기 제2 개방 단부로부터 유출되는 공기의 유출 속도는 1 m/s인, 공기 여과 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공기 필터 백으로부터 유출되는 공기의 면 속도는 25 내지 50 fpm인, 공기 여과 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공기 필터는 0.2 m2 내지 1 m2의 공기 유동 표면적을 갖는, 공기 여과 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외측 슬리브의 상기 제2 개방 단부로부터 유출되는 공기 유량은 상기 외측 슬리브의 상기 제1 개방 단부로 진입하는 공기 유량의 80% 이상인, 공기 여과 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 장치의 상기 압력 강하는 5 Pa 미만인, 공기 여과 장치.
