Claims (3)
- 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 및 폴리올레핀 엘라스토머를 포함하는 베이스 수지;
상기 베이스 수지에 혼합되고, 상기 베이스 수지 대비 25~40 wt% 첨가되고, 목분 및 탄산칼슘(CaCO3)를 포함하는 필러(filler);
상기 베이스 수지에 혼합되고, 상기 베이스 수지 대비 15~30wt% 첨가되고, 수산화마그네슘(MgOH2)를 포함하는 난연제;
상기 베이스 수지에 혼합되고, 상기 베이스 수지 대비 0.8~2wt% 첨가되고, 스테아린산 칼슘 및 폴리에틸렌 왁스를 포함하는 윤활제;
상기 베이스 수지에 혼합되고, 상기 베이스 수지 대비 3~5wt% 첨가되고, 무수말레인산 폴리에틸렌을 포함하는 커플링제;
상기 베이스 수지에 혼합되고, 상기 베이스 수지 대비 0.3~0.5wt% 첨가되는 산화방지제; 및
상기 베이스 수지에 혼합된 첨가제를 포함하는 고흡음성 백코팅용 수지 조성물.
- 제1 항에 따른 상기 수지 조성물을 컴파운딩하는 단계; 및
상기 컴파운딩된 상기 수지 조성물을 기재 상에 제공하여 고흡음성 백코팅을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 고흡음성 백코팅의 제조 방법.
