Claims (7)
- 수산기(OH)가 110~130 mgKOH/g의 범위를 갖는 폴리에테르 폴리올 수지 30~40 중량%;
이소시아네이트(NCO)기의 함량이 20~30 중량%의 범위를 갖는 변성 메틸렌디페닐 디이소시아네이트 10~20 중량%; 및
충전제 40~60 중량%;
를 포함하는 스프레이 폴리우레탄을 이용한 자동차용 차음재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에테르 폴리올 수지는 관능기수가 3~5이고, 점도가 25 ℃에서 1300~1500 Mpa·s인 것을 특징으로 하는 스프레이 폴리우레탄을 이용한 자동차용 차음재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 변성 메틸렌디페닐 디이소시아네이트는 관능기수가 2.0~2.2이고, 점도가 25 ℃에서 450~700 Mpa·s인 것을 특징으로 하는 스프레이 폴리우레탄을 이용한 자동차용 차음재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 충전제는 황산바륨(BaSO4), 탄산칼슘(CaCO3), 운모(Mica) 및 이산화티탄(TiO2)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 스프레이 폴리우레탄을 이용한 자동차용 차음재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 충전제는 평균입경이 30~50 ㎛인 것을 스프레이 폴리우레탄을 이용한 자동차용 차음재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 차음재는 인덱스(NCO/OH 당량비)가 92~118%이고, 비중이 1.4~1.6인 스프레이 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 스프레이 폴리우레탄을 이용한 자동차용 차음재.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중에서 선택된 어느 한 항의 차음재를 이용하여 제조된 자동차용 대쉬 아이솔레이션 패드.
