Claims (6)
- 건축물에 적용가능한 컬러 태양광 모듈로서,
전면유리;
상기 전면유리의 하면에 배치되고, 상기 전면유리에 결합되는 컬러코팅층;
상기 컬러코팅층의 하측에 배치되는 충진재층;
상기 충진재층 내부에서 고정되어 배치되는 복수의 슁글드태양광발전셀;
인접한 두 개의 슁글드태양광발전셀 중 어느 하나의 전면버스바에 접속되고, 다른 하나의 후면버스바에 전기적으로 접속되어, 인접한 두 개의 슁글드태양광발전셀을 상호 전기적으로 접속시키는 1 이상의 연결리본; 및
상기 충진재층의 하측에 배치되는 백시트 혹은 강화유리;를 포함하고,
상기 컬러코팅층은 TiO2 및 폴리실라잔, 무기안료, 및 용매를 포함하는 코팅조성물에 의하여 형성되고,
상기 무기안료는 판상형입자를 갖는 Al2O3 및 SiO2를 포함하는 세라믹계 안료를 포함하고,
상기 컬러코팅층에서는 상기 폴리실라잔으로 구성되는 바인더 내부에서 Al2O3 및 SiO2의 판상형 입자의 하면 및 상면이 TiO2 에 의하여 둘러싸임으로서, 상기 전면유리를 투과한 빛은 폴리실라잔 바인더를 통과하여, Al2O3 및 SiO2 의 판상형 입자를 통과할 때 회절이 일어나고, Al2O3 및 SiO2의 판상형 입자는 광의 일부를 투과시키고, Al2O3 및 SiO2의 판상형 입자와 TiO2의 경계면에서 광의 일부가 반사함으로써, 상기 컬러 태양광 모듈의 색상을 구현하고,
인접하는 상기 슁글드태양광발전셀은 서로 오버랩된 부분이 있도록 하고,
각각의 상기 연결리본은 접속되는 전면버스바를 구비하는 슁글드태양광발전셀의 연결리본의 길이방향 일단부에서 연결리본의 길이방향 타단부측으로 연장되는, 건축물에 적용가능한 컬러 태양광 모듈.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 무기안료는 직경이 0.02마이크로미터 내지 20마이크로미터의 판상형입자를 갖는 Al2O3 및 SiO2를 포함하는 세라믹계 안료를 포함하는, 건축물에 적용가능한 컬러 태양광 모듈.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
인접하는 상기 슁글드태양광발전셀은 측단면이 상기 전면유리의 표면에 대하여 일정 각도를 형성하는 형태로 배치되는, 건축물에 적용가능한 컬러 태양광 모듈.

각각의 상기 연결리본는 접속되는 전면버스바를 구비하는 제1슁글드태양광발전셀의 일단부에서, 상기 연결리본이 접속되는 후면버스바를 구비하는 인접한 제2슁글드태양광발전셀의 상기 일단부의 반대측 단부까지 연장되는, 건축물에 적용가능한 컬러 태양광 모듈.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 슁글드태양광발전셀의 두께는 1 내지 3mm이고, 상기 충진재층의 두께는 60 내지 70mm이고, 상기 충진재층로 EVA로 형성되는, 건축물에 적용가능한 컬러 태양광 모듈.
