도 2는, 일 실시형태에 의한 Al기 베어링 합금을 적용한 미끄럼 베어링을 나타내는 모식적인 단면도이고,
도 3은, 일 실시형태에 의한 미끄럼 베어링의 제조 방법을 나타내는 모식도이고,
도 4는, 일 실시형태에 의한 Al기 베어링 합금에서의 침상 화합물의 관계를 설명하기 위한 설명도이고,
도 5는, 일 실시형태에 의한 Al기 베어링 합금에서의 미소한 크랙의 신장을 설명하기 위한 설명도이고,
도 6은, 일 실시형태에 의한 Al기 베어링 합금의 실시 예 및 비교 예를 나타내는 개략도이고,
도 7은, 일 실시형태에 의한 Al기 베어링 합금의 시험 조건을 나타내는 개략도이다.
Claims (7)
- Zn, Cu, Si에서 선택되는 2종 이상의 원소를 포함하되,
Zn을 0.0~8.0질량%,
Cu를 0.0~4.0질량%,
Si를 0.0~10.0질량% 포함하고,
나머지가 Al, 첨가 원소 및 불가피 불순물로 구성되어 있는 Al기(基) 베어링 합금이며,
Al 매트릭스와,
상기 Al 매트릭스의 조직 중에 복수 석출되어 있으며, 단경(短徑) 및 장경(長徑)을 가지는 바늘형상의 침상(針狀) 화합물을 구비하며,
상기 첨가 원소로서,
Mg을, 0.1~0.5질량%,
Mn을, 0.1~0.5질량%,
Ti를, 0.1~0.5질량%,
V를, 0.1~0.5질량%,
중 어느 1종 이상을 포함하고,
상기 침상 화합물은,
임의로 선택한 선택 침상 화합물과, 상기 선택 침상 화합물의 장경(長徑)을 연장한 가상 직선 상에 위치하는 인근 침상 화합물을 포함하고,
상기 인근 침상 화합물은, 상기 가상 직선과 상기 인근 침상 화합물의 장경과의 각도 차이인 각도차가 35°~55°이면서 동시에,
상기 침상 화합물은, 미리 설정된 설정 영역에 있어서,
상기 각도차가 35°~55°인 것을 개수(個數)로 30% 이상, 포함하는 Al기(基) 베어링 합금.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 침상 화합물은, 미리 설정된 설정 영역에 있어서,
상기 각도차가 35°~55°인 것을 개수(個數)로 30%~70%,
상기 각도차가 0°~10°인 것을 개수(個數)로 10% 이하,
상기 각도차가 80°~90°인 것을 개수(個數)로 10% 이상, 포함하는 Al기 베어링 합금.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 침상 화합물은, 단경이 50nm 이하인 Al기 베어링 합금.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 Al기 베어링 합금으로 형성되어 있는 베어링 합금층과,
상기 베어링 합금층과 겹쳐 설치되어 있는 기재(基材)를 구비하는 미끄럼 베어링. - 삭제
