Claims (16)
- 밸브(10)에 있어서,
밸브 시트(32)에 의해 분리되는 입구(40)와 출구(42)를 갖는 밸브 바디(12); 및
상기 밸브를 작동하기 위해 피스톤(20)에 결합된 제1 단부와, 상기 밸브를 폐쇄하도록 상기 밸브 시트와 결합하기 위해 포펫(28)을 포함하는 제2 단부를 갖는 중앙 스템(23)을 포함하는 다이아프램(22)
을 포함하며,
상기 포펫은 듀얼 포인트 시일(dual point seal)을 형성하며, 상기 밸브 시트는 상기 포펫의 환형면(30)과 상기 밸브 시트 사이에 적어도 2개의 접촉 포인트(50, 52)를 갖고,
상기 포펫(28)의 환형면(30)은 상기 듀얼 포인트 시일을 제공하는 오목면이고, 상기 오목면(30)은 상기 밸브 시트 상에 위치된 제1 단부 및 상기 밸브 시트(32)로부터 떨어져 위치된 제2 단부를 가짐으로써 상기 밸브가 폐쇄될 때 상기 오목면(30)은 상기 밸브 시트와 결합가능한 제1 부분 및 상기 밸브 시트와 결합하지 않는, 상기 제1 부분에 인접한 제2 부분을 가지고,
상기 2개의 접촉 포인트(50, 52)는 내부 시일면 및 외부 시일면을 포함하며 상기 오목면(30)의 제1 부분을 따라 배치되어 상기 2개의 접촉 포인트(50, 52)가 상기 제1 단부와 상기 제2 단부 사이에 위치되고, 상기 제1 부분은 상기 내부 시일면과 상기 외부 시일면 사이에 배치되고, 상기 제2 부분은 상기 내부 시일면과 상기 제2 단부 사이에 배치되는,

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 듀얼 포인트 시일은 상기 포펫(28)의 환형면(30)이 상기 밸브 시트(32)에 대해 가압될 때 환형 시일을 형성하는 한 쌍의 포인트 시일을 포함하는,

상기 한 쌍의 포인트 시일은 상기 포펫(28)의 환형면(30)과 상기 밸브 시트(32) 사이에 한 쌍의 동심 포인트 시일을 포함하는,
