Claims (8)
- 약물 전달 장치(1)를 위한 투여 기구(9)에 있어서,
안내 구조체(25a)를 갖고, 회전 전 위치(pre-rotation position)와 회전 후 위치(post-rotation position) 사이에서 회전 가능한 회전자(25),
상기 회전자(25)에 의해 수용되어 상기 회전자(25)와 맞물리도록 구성된 플런저 홀더(plunger holder)(21)로서, 상기 회전자(25) 및 상기 플런저 홀더(21)는 근위방향으로 편향되도록 구성되는, 상기 플런저 홀더(21),
상기 회전 전 위치에서 상기 플런저 홀더(21)에 의해 수용되어 상기 플런저 홀더(21)와 맞물리도록 구성되고, 근위방향으로 편향되도록 구성되는 플런저 로드(plunger rod)(23), 및
상기 회전자에 대해 이동가능하고, 상기 회전자(25)의 안내 구조체(25a)와 맞물리도록 구성되는 액추에이터(13)를 포함하며,
상기 회전자(25) 및 상기 플런저 홀더(21)는 상기 약물 전달 장치(1)의 하우징(3)에 대해 함께 축방향으로 이동가능하고,
상기 회전자에 대한 상기 액추에이터(13)의 축방향 이동은 상기 회전 전 위치로부터 상기 회전 후 위치로 상기 회전자(25)를 회전시키고, 이에 의해 상기 플런저 로드(23)를 상기 플런저 홀더(21)와의 맞물림으로부터 해제시키는
투여 기구. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 액추에이터(13)는 연장 부분(13b)을 포함하고, 상기 연장 부분(13b)은 상기 회전자(25) 및 상기 플런저 홀더(21)가 근위 방향으로 이동될 때, 상기 안내 구조체(25a) 내에서 상기 안내 구조체(25a)의 근위 부분으로부터 인접한 원위 부분으로 이동되는
투여 기구. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 안내 구조체(25a)는 상기 회전자(25)의 외측 표면 상에 제공되고, 상기 근위 부분(25b)은 축방향 홈 부분에 의해 한정되고, 상기 원위 부분(25c)은 경사진 홈 부분에 의해 한정되며, 상기 연장 부분(13b)은 상기 축방향 홈 부분 및 상기 경사진 홈 부분 내에서 동작하도록 구성되고, 상기 연장 부분(13b)이 상기 경사진 홈 부분에 도달할 때, 상기 회전자(25)는 회전하도록 강제되는
투여 기구. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 플런저 홀더(21) 및 상기 회전자(25)를 근위방향으로 편향시키도록 구성된 제 1 탄성 부재(27)를 포함하는
투여 기구. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 플런저 로드(23)를 근위방향으로 편향시키도록 구성된 제 2 탄성 부재(29)를 포함하는
투여 기구. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 플런저 로드(23)는 반경방향 개구(23a)를 갖고, 상기 플런저 홀더(21)는 상기 반경방향 개구(23a) 내에 수용되어서 상기 플런저 로드(23)가 상기 플런저 홀더(21)에 대해 축방향으로 변위되는 것을 방지하도록 구성된 반경방향 내향으로 연장되는 가요성 탭(21e)을 갖는
투여 기구. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
