Abstract
광학 제품에 있어서, 저굴절률층과 고굴절률층을 번갈아 적층한 7층 구조의 광학 다층막을 기체의 편면 또는 양면에 가지고, 상기 저굴절률층은, SiO2를 이용하여 형성되고, 상기 고굴절률층은, 파장 500㎚의 광에 대한 굴절률이 2.145 이상인 재료를 이용하여 형성되며, 상기 기체에 가장 가까운 층을 1층째로 하여, 상기 저굴절률층인 5층째의 물리 막 두께는, 145㎚ 이상 165㎚ 이하이고, 4층째 내지 6층째의 광학 막 두께(λ=500㎚)의 총 합계가, 1.3λ 이상 1.5λ 이하가 되도록 한다.
Description
청구항 4에 기재된 발명은, 상기 발명에 있어서, 상기 광학 다층막은 또한 (8) 시감도 반사율이 2% 이하라는 조건을 충족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.

Claims (6)
- 하기의 각 조건을 모두 충족시키는 광학 다층막을 기체의 편면 또는 양면에 대하여 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 제품.
(1) 저굴절률층과 고굴절률층을 번갈아 적층한 7층 구조이다.
(2) 상기 저굴절률층은, SiO2를 이용하여 형성된다.
(3) 상기 고굴절률층은, 파장 500㎚의 광에 대한 굴절률이 2.145 이상인 재료를 이용하여 형성된다.
(4) 상기 기체에 가장 가까운 층을 1층째로 하여, 상기 저굴절률층인 5층째의 물리 막 두께는, 145㎚ 이상 165㎚ 이하이다.
(5) 4층째 내지 6층째의 광학 막 두께(λ=500㎚)의 총 합계가, 1.3λ 이상 1.5λ 이하이다.
(6) 파장 800㎚ 이상 1500㎚ 이하의 파장 영역의 광과 관련된 편면에 대한 평균 반사율이 35% 이상이다.
(7) 파장 1000㎚의 광과 관련된 편면에 대한 반사율이 50% 이상이다. - 삭제

상기 광학 다층막은 하기의 조건을 더 충족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 제품.
(8) 시감도 반사율이 2% 이하이다. - 삭제
