r41은 1 내지 8의 정수이고,
r42 및 r43은 각각 1 내지 6의 정수이며,
r44는 1 내지 5의 정수이고,
r45는 1 내지 4의 정수이며,
r41 내지 r45가 각각 2 이상인 경우, 괄호 내 치환기는 서로 같거나 상이하다. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 L1 및 L2는 각각 독립적으로, 직접결합; 또는 페닐렌기인 것인 헤테로고리 화합물. - 제1 전극; 제2 전극; 및 상기 제1 전극과 상기 제2 전극 사이에 구비된 유기물층을 포함하는 유기 발광 소자로서,
상기 유기물층은 청구항 1, 2 및 4 내지 8 중 어느 한 항에 따른 헤테로고리 화합물을 1종 이상 포함하는 것인 유기 발광 소자. - 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 유기물층은 발광층을 포함하고,
상기 발광층은 상기 헤테로고리 화합물을 1종 이상 포함하는 것인 유기 발광 소자. - 청구항 10에 있어서,
상기 발광층은 호스트를 포함하고,
상기 호스트는 상기 헤테로고리 화합물을 1종 이상 포함하는 것인 유기 발광 소자. - 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 유기 발광 소자는 발광층, 정공 주입층, 정공 수송층, 전자 주입층, 전자 수송층, 전자 저지층 및 정공 저지층으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1층을 더 포함하는 것인 유기 발광 소자.
