Abstract
Description
도 2 는, 본 발명의 일 실시형태에 있어서의, 유동로를 사용한 탄소질 재료의 제조 방법을 설명하기 위한 모식도이다.
Claims (13)
- 벤젠 흡착량이 25 ∼ 40 % 이고, 비타민 B12 흡착량이 13.0 ∼ 50.0 mg/g 이며, 또한, 질소 흡착 등온선으로부터 BJH 법에 의해 산출한 메조포러스의 세공 용적이 0.070 ∼ 0.150 ㎤/g 인, 탄소질 재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
질소 흡착 등온선으로부터 BET 법으로 산출한 비표면적이 900 ∼ 1500 ㎡/g 인, 탄소질 재료. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
질소 흡착 등온선으로부터 산출한 평균 세공 직경이 1.79 ∼ 1.88 ㎚ 인, 탄소질 재료. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
질소 흡착 등온선에 있어서의 상대압 P/P0=0.99 일 때의 질소 흡착량에 의해 산출한 전체 세공 용적에 대한, 질소 흡착 등온선으로부터 MP 법에 의해 산출되는 마이크로 구멍의 세공 용적의 비율이 96 % 이하인, 탄소질 재료. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
하중 12 kN 에 있어서의 분체 저항 측정에 의한 도전율이 5 ∼ 12 S/cm 인, 탄소질 재료. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
식물계 탄소질 전구체에서 유래되는, 탄소질 재료. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
식물계 탄소질 전구체가 야자 껍질인, 탄소질 재료. - 유동로를 사용한 탄소질 재료의 제조 방법으로서, 탄소질 전구체를 상기 유동로에 투입하고, 노 바닥으로부터 도입되는 유동 가스와는 별도로 산소 함유 가스를, 유동 가스와 산소 함유 가스를 합계한 가스 중의 산소 농도가 0.004 ∼ 1 용량% 가 되도록 유동로에 도입하고, 벤젠 흡착량이 25 ∼ 40 % 가 될 때까지 부활 처리를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소질 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 노 바닥으로부터 도입되는 유동 가스 중의 수증기 농도가 10 ∼ 40 용량% 인, 탄소질 재료의 제조 방법. - 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 유동로가, 유동 가스의 흐름 주방향 Z 에서 볼 때 유동로 내의 상류측에 가스 분산부를 구비하고 있고,
상기 방향 Z 에 있어서의 가스 분산부의 상류단 위치를 0 (m), 하류단 위치를 t1 (m) 로 하고, 상기 산소 함유 가스를 도입하는 위치를 t2 (m) 로 했을 때, 0.5t1≤t2 의 관계를 만족시키도록 상기 산소 함유 가스를 도입하는, 탄소질 재료의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 탄소질 재료와 섬유상 바인더를 포함하는 정수용 필터로서, 상기 섬유상 바인더의 CSF 값이 10 ∼ 150 ㎖ 이고, 탄소질 재료 100 질량부에 대하여 섬유상 바인더를 4 ∼ 10 질량부 포함하는, 정수용 필터.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 탄소질 재료를 포함하는, 정수기.
- 제 11 항에 기재된 정수용 필터를 포함하는, 정수기.
