Claims (7)
- 보호층과,
상기 보호층 상에 형성되어 자동차의 번호판과 점착되어 부착되는 점착수지층과,
상기 점착수지층 상에 형성되어 입사되는 가시광선 영역의 광을 반사시키는 반사층과,
상기 반사층 상에 형성되어 입사되는 상기 가시광선 영역의 광이 상기 반사층과의 표면에서 초점을 맺도록 하는 초점수지층과,
상기 초점수지층 상에 다수 개의 비드가 부착되어 형성되어 입사되어 상기 반사층에 의해 반사되는 상기 가시광선 영역의 광을 재귀반사되도록 하는 집광층과,
상기 집광층 상에 형성되어 상기 집광층을 고정하는 제 1 베이스층과,
상기 제 1 베이스층 상에 형성된 부착층과,
상기 부착층에 형성되어 외부에서 입사되는 광 중 적외선 영역의 광을 반사시켜 차단하고 상기 가시광선 영역의 광을 선택적으로 투과시키는 적외선차단층과,
상기 적외선차단층 상에 형성되어 상기 적외선차단층이 손상되는 것을 방지하는 제 2 베이스층을 포함하는 재귀반사시트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서 상기 초점수지층이 폴리우레탄, 폴리에스터, 비닐계수지, 아크릴계수지 또는 (메칠)메타크릴레이트수지로 상기 비드 직경의 20~40%의 두께로 형성되는 재귀반사시트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서 상기 반사층은 SiO2, TiO2, ZnS, ZnO, Al2O3, ZrO2, Ta2O5, Nb2O5, CaF2 및 Na3AlF6 중에서 선택된 각각 저굴절률을 갖는 물질과 고굴절률을 갖는 물질의 2개의 박막이 1쌍을 이루어 N(N은 2이상 자연수)회 반복되어 형성된 재귀반사시트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서 상기 반사층은 Al, Ag, Cu, Zn 또는 Sn의 금속이 증착되어 형성된 재귀반사시트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서 상기 적외선차단층은 SiO2, TiO2, ZnS, ZnO, Al2O3, ZrO2, Ta2O5, Nb2O5, CaF2 및 Na3AlF6 중에서 선택된 각각 저굴절률을 갖는 물질과 고굴절률을 갖는 물질의 2개의 박막이 1쌍을 이루어 N(N은 2이상 자연수)회 반복되어 형성된 재귀반사시트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서 상기 적외선차단층은 산화텅스텐 화합물, 산화티타늄, 산화지르코늄, 산화탄탈륨, 산화니오븀, 산화아연, 산화인듐, 인듐 주석 산화물(ITO), 산화주석, 안티몬 주석 산화물(ATO), 산화세슘, 황화아연, 산화세륨 및 6붕화물 중 어느 하나로 형성되는 재귀반사시트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서 상기 제 2 베이스층은 내후성, 연신가공성을 가지며 광의 손실을 방지하기 위해 투명한 폴리우레탄수지, 아크릴수지, 폴리에스텔수지, PVC 또는 (메칠)메타크릴레이트수지가 도포되어 형성된 재귀반사시트.
