도 4는 도 2에 따른 이차 전지의 활물질 분석 장치에서, 제1, 제2 활물질 및 전해질이 제1, 제2 관통공 및 전해질 수용부에 주입된 상태의 일 예를 나타낸다.
도 5는, 도 4의 이차 전지의 활물질 분석 장치에서 제1, 제2 전극에 전력을 인가한 상태를 개략적으로 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (16)
- 제1 전극;
상기 제1 전극 상에 형성된 압전 박막;
상기 압전 박막 상에 형성되며, 상기 제1 전극과 반대 극성의 전압을 제공하기 위한 제2 전극;
상기 제2 전극과 이격 배치된 제3 전극;및
상기 제2 전극 상에 형성되는 것으로서, 상기 제2 전극의 일부를 노출시키는 제1 관통공과, 상기 제2 전극과 중첩되지 않으며 상기 제1 관통공과 이격된 제2 관통공이 마련된 절연층;을 포함하며,
상기 제2 관통공은 상기 제3 전극의 일부를 노출시키는 이차 전지의 활물질 분석 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 관통공에 제1 활물질이 주입되며,
상기 압전 박막에 나타나는 공진 주파수에 기초하여, 제1 관통공에 수용된 제1 활물질의 무게를 검출하는, 이차 전지의 활물질 분석 장치. - 삭제

- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제2 관통공에 상기 제1 활물질과 비교하여 충방전 전위가 다른 제2 활물질이 주입되는, 이차 전지의 활물질 분석 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 절연층의 상부에는, 상기 제1, 제2 관통공을 둘러싸며, 내부에 전해질이 수용될 수 있는 챔버층이 형성된, 이차 전지의 활물질 분석 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 전극 하부에 배치된 기판을 더 포함하는, 이차 전지의 활물질 분석 장치. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 기판은, 상기 제1 전극과 중첩되는 영역 중 적어도 일부에 형성된 캐비티를 포함하는, 이차 전지의 활물질 분석 장치. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 기판은, 상기 제1 전극과 중첩되는 영역 중 적어도 일부에 형성된 반사층을 포함하는, 이차 전지의 활물질 분석 장치. - 제1 전극, 압전 박막, 제2 전극 및 절연층이 순차로 적층되며, 상기 절연층에는 상기 제2 전극의 일부가 노출되는 제1 관통공이 마련된 부피 음향 공진기의 상기 제1 관통공에 제1 활물질을 배치하는 단계;
상기 부피 음향 공진기의 제1, 제2 전극에 전기 신호를 인가하여, 상기 부피 음향 공진기의 공진 주파수를 측정하는 단계; 및
상기 측정된 공진 주파수에 기초하여, 상기 제1 관통공에 배치된 제1 활성층의 무게를 측정하는 단계; 를 포함하며,
상기 제1 활물질은 양극 활물질 또는 음극 활물질인 이차 전지의 활물질 분석 방법. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 제1 활물질과 이격되도록 제2 활물질을 배치하고, 제1 활물질 및 제2 활물질에 접촉하도록 전해질을 배치하는 단계;를 더 포함하는, 이차 전지의 활물질 분석 방법. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 제1 활물질의 단위 무게당 전기 화학적 특성을 검출하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 이차 전지의 활물질 분석 방법. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 제2 활물질은, 상기 제1 활물질과 비교하여 충방전 전위가 다른, 이차 전지의 활물질 분석 방법. - 삭제
- 제11항에 있어서,
상기 제1 전극 및 제2 전극에 전기 신호를 인가하여 초음파를 발생시키는 단계; 및
상기 발생된 초음파에 의해 상기 제2 전극과 상기 제1 활물질의 접착 특성을 검출하는 단계;를 더 포함하는, 이차 전지의 활물질 분석 방법. - 제1 전극;
상기 제1 전극 상에 형성된 압전 박막;
상기 압전 박막 상에 형성되며, 상기 제1 전극과 반대 극성의 전압을 제공하기 위한 제2 전극;
상기 제2 전극 상에 형성되는 것으로서, 상기 제2 전극의 일부를 노출시키는 제1 관통공이 마련된 절연층; 및
상기 절연층의 상부에 배치되며, 전해질이 수용될 수 있는 전해질 수용부를 정의하는 챔버층;을 포함하며,
상기 제1 관통공의 크기는 상기 압전 박막의 크기보다 작으며,
상기 전해질 수용부의 일부가 상기 제1 관통홀에 중첩된, 이차 전지의 활물질 분석 장치.
