Claims (5)
- 보강재인 다수의 섬유 집합체;
피복재인 열가소성 고분자 수지 및
상기 보강재 표면에 접착파우더를 이용한 접착재로 구성되되,
상기 섬유 집합체는 서로 독립적으로 폴리에스테르 섬유, 유리섬유, 아라미드 섬유, 탄소섬유, 현무암 섬유, 스테인레스 스틸 섬유, 구리섬유 및 무정형 금속 섬유로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종의 섬유 또는 이들 중 2종 이상의 섬유가 합사된 합사섬유이고,
상기 열가소성 고분자 수지는 서로 독립적으로 용융지수(MI)가 1 ~ 35인 폴리올레핀계 수지, 고유점도(IV)가 0.64 ~ 1.0인 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(polyethylene terephthalate), 폴리아미드(polyamides), 폴리아크릴레이트(polyacrylates), 폴리아크릴로니트릴(polyacrylonitrile), 폴리카보네이트(polycarbonates), 폴리비닐클로라이드(polyvinylechloride), 폴리스타이렌(polystyrene) 및 폴리부타디엔(polybutadiene)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종의 수지 또는 이들 중 2종 이상의 수지가 혼합된 혼합수지이며,
상기 접착파우더는 테레프탈산 60~90몰%와 이소프탈산 10~40몰%로 조성된 디카르본산과 에틸렌글리콜 60~90몰%와 디에틸렌글리콜 10~40몰%로 조성된 디올이 공중합한 저융점 공중합 폴리에스테르 수지를 분말화한 것으로,
상기 접착파우더는 입자 크기가 50~1,500㎛이며,
유리전이온도(Tg)가 50℃ 이상이고, 경도(Shore D)가 80 이상이며, 연화점이 80~140℃인 것이 특징으로 하는 내구성이 향상된 섬유 보강 고분자 스트립.

- 제1항의 섬유 보강 고분자 스트립은 소정 간격을 두고 다수의 경방향 및 위방향으로 평행하게 배치되며,
상기 다수의 경방향 섬유 보강 고분자 스트립 각각은, 상기 위방향 섬유 보강 고분자 스트립 중 어느 하나와 상면에서 교차하는 제1접점과 상기 위방향 섬유 보강 고분자 스트립 중 다른 하나와 하면에서 교차하는 제2접점을 적어도 하나 이상씩 포함하고,
상기 제1접점 및 제2접점은 접점영역의 경방향 섬유 보강 고분자 스트립의 열가소성 고분자 수지와 위방향 섬유 보강 고분자 스트립의 열가소성 고분자 수지가 서로 융착하여 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 격자 형상 지오그리드.
