Claims (18)
- 에폭시계 화합물, (메트)아크릴레이트계 화합물 및 광 개시제를 포함하는 편광판용 접착제 조성물로서,
상기 에폭시계 화합물과 (메트)아크릴레이트계 화합물의 총합 100중량부 중 상기 에폭시계 화합물 85중량부 내지 99중량부, 상기 (메트)아크릴레이트계 화합물 1중량부 내지 15중량부를 포함하고,
상기 에폭시계 화합물은 지환족 에폭시계 화합물과 2개 이상의 에폭시기를 갖는 방향족 에폭시계 화합물을 포함하고,
상기 (메트)아크릴레이트계 화합물은 1개의 수산기를 갖는 (메트)아크릴레이트계 화합물을 포함하고,
상기 편광판용 접착제 조성물로 형성된 접착층을 구비하는 편광판은 길이 × 폭(편광자의 MD × 편광자의 TD, 150mm × 70mm)으로 재단하고 유리 기판에 합지한 후 -30℃에서 30분 방치하고, 80℃에서 30분 방치하는 것을 1 cycle로 하여 200 cycle 수행하여 열 충격을 주었을 때 상기 편광자의 MD로 발생한 최대 크랙 길이가 3mm 이하인 것인, 편광판용 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지환족 에폭시계 화합물과 상기 방향족 에폭시계 화합물의 총합 100중량부 중 상기 지환족 에폭시계 화합물은 70중량부 내지 99중량부, 상기 방향족 에폭시계 화합물은 1중량부 내지 30중량부로 포함되는 것인, 편광판용 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 2개 이상의 에폭시기를 갖는 방향족 에폭시계 화합물은 레조르시놀디글리시딜에테르, 하이드로퀴논디글리시딜에테르, 피로카테콜디글리시딜에테르를 포함하는 카테콜디글리시딜에테르 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 것인, 편광판용 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시계 화합물은 수소 첨가된 방향족 에폭시계 화합물을 더 포함하는 것인, 편광판용 접착제 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 지환족 에폭시계 화합물, 상기 방향족 에폭시계 화합물 및 상기 수소 첨가된 방향족 에폭시계 화합물의 총합 100중량부 중 상기 지환족 에폭시계 화합물은 40중량부 내지 80중량부, 상기 방향족 에폭시계 화합물은 5중량부 내지 30중량부, 상기 수소 첨가된 방향족 에폭시계 화합물은 5중량부 내지 40중량부로 포함되는 것인, 편광판용 접착제 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 수소 첨가된 방향족 에폭시계 화합물은 1,4-시클로헥산디메탄올 디글리시딜 에테르를 포함하는 것인, 편광판용 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 1개의 수산기를 갖는 (메트)아크릴레이트계 화합물은 상기 (메트)아크릴레이트계 화합물 100중량부 중 50중량부 내지 100중량부로 포함되는 것인, 편광판용 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (메트)아크릴레이트계 화합물은 수산기가 없는 (메트)아크릴레이트계 화합물을 더 포함하는 것인, 편광판용 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광 개시제는 광산 발생제, 광 라디칼 개시제 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 것인, 편광판용 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 편광판용 접착제 조성물은 실리콘 올리고머를 더 포함하는 것인, 편광판용 접착제 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 올리고머는 실리콘에 제1 작용기와 제2 작용기가 결합된 실록산 화합물을 포함하고,
상기 제1 작용기는 탄소수 1 내지 탄소수 5의 알콕시기이고,
상기 제2 작용기는 비닐기, 에폭시기, (메타)아크릴레이트기 또는 메르캅토기인 것인, 편광판용 접착제 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 올리고머는 상기 실리콘에 탄소수 6 내지 탄소수 10의 아릴기 또는 탄소수 1 내지 탄소수 5의 알킬기가 더 결합된 것인, 편광판용 접착제 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 올리고머는 에폭시 당량이 300g/mol 내지 1,000g/mol인 것인, 편광판용 접착제 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 올리고머는 상기 에폭시계 화합물과 상기 (메트)아크릴레이트계 화합물의 총합 100중량부에 대해 0.01중량부 내지 5중량부로 포함되는 것인, 편광판용 접착제 조성물.
- 편광자, 상기 편광자의 적어도 일면에 형성된 편광자 보호 필름을 포함하고,
상기 편광자 보호 필름은 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항의 편광판용 접착제 조성물에 의해 형성된 접착층에 의해 적층된 편광판.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 편광판은 하기 식 1의 광 투과율 변화율이 1% 이하인 것인, 편광판:

광 투과율 변화율 = |T1 - T0|/T0 × 100
(상기 식 1에서, 상기 편광판용 접착제 조성물로 형성된 편광판용 접착층을 포함하는 편광판의 파장 550nm에서 광 투과율을 T0(단위:%), 상기 편광판을 60℃ 또는 60℃ 및 95% 상대습도에서 500시간 동안 방치하고 25℃에서 1시간 동안 방치한 후 파장 550nm에서 광 투과율을 T1(단위:%)이라고 한다).
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 편광판은 길이 × 폭(편광자의 MD × 편광자의 TD, 150mm × 70mm)으로 편광판을 재단하고 유리 기판에 합지한 후 -30℃에서 30분 방치하고, 80℃에서 30분 방치하는 것을 1 cycle로 하여 200 cycle 수행하여 열충격을 주었을 때 편광자의 MD로 발생한 최대 크랙 길이가 3mm 이하인 것인, 편광판.
- 제15항의 편광판을 포함하는 광학표시장치.
