Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 가요성 매질의 코팅 동안 미스트 형성의 방지를 위한 방법으로서,
I) 중첨가, 탈수축합, 중축합, 양이온 또는 라디칼에 의해 가교가능한 적어도 하나의 오가노폴리실록산 A를 포함하는, 실리콘 코팅(들)의 전구체인 액체 실리콘 조성물 X를 제조하는 단계; 및
II) 롤 코팅 장치에 의해서 가요성 매질 상에 상기 액체 실리콘 조성물 X를 코팅하는 단계
를 포함하고, 상기 방법은 단계 I)에서 상기 액체 실리콘 조성물 X에,
- 하기 화학식 (II)의 화합물로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 화합물 F:
(상기 식에서,
R2, R3 및 R4는, 동일할 수 있거나 또는 상이할 수 있고, 수소 원자, COOH 기, 또는 C1 내지 C6 알킬기, 또는 C1 내지 C3 알킬기, 또는 메틸을 나타내고;
R5는 수소 원자, 알킬 기 또는 아릴 기를 나타내고, 여기서 알킬 및 아릴은 적어도 하나의 COOH 기를 포함함]; 및
- 적어도 하나의 1차 또는 2차 아민 작용기를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 화학 화합물
을 10℃ 내지 100℃의 온도에서 반응시켜 수득할 수 있는 미스팅방지 첨가제 E를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가요성 매질의 코팅 동안 미스트 형성의 방지를 위한 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 하기 단계
I) 중첨가, 탈수축합, 중축합, 양이온 또는 라디칼에 의해 가교가능한 적어도 하나의 오가노폴리실록산 A를 포함하는, 실리콘 코팅(들)의 전구체인 액체 실리콘 조성물 X를 제조하는 단계; 및
II) 롤 코팅 장치에 의해서 가요성 매질 상에 상기 액체 실리콘 조성물 X를 코팅시키는 단계
를 포함하고, 상기 방법은 단계 I)에서 상기 액체 실리콘 조성물 X에,
- 하기 화학식 (II)의 화합물로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 화합물 F:
(상기 식에서,
R2, R3 및 R4는, 동일할 수 있거나 또는 상이할 수 있고, 수소 원자, COOH 기, 또는 C1 내지 C6 알킬기, 또는 C1 내지 C3 알킬기, 또는 메틸을 나타내고;
R5는 수소 원자, 알킬 기 또는 아릴 기를 나타내고, 여기서 알킬 및 아릴은 적어도 하나의 COOH 기를 포함함]; 및
- 하기 식 (I.1) 및 (I.2)의 실록시 유닛을 포함하는 오가노폴리실록산으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 오가노폴리실록산 O로서, 하기 식 (I.3)의 적어도 하나의 작용기를 보유하는 실록시 유닛 (I.1)을 분자 당 적어도 하나 포함하는 오가노폴리실록산 O
를 10℃ 내지 100℃의 온도에서 반응시켜 수득가능한 미스팅방지 첨가제 E를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가요성 매질의 코팅 동안 미스트 형성의 방지를 위한 방법:

- h = 0 또는 1이고;
- i = 0 또는 1이고;
- h+i = 1 또는 2이고;
- E1은 1 내지 30개 탄소 원자를 함유하는 2가 지방족, 지환족 또는 방향족 탄화수소 라디칼; 또는 1 내지 10개 탄소 원자를 함유하는 지방족을 나타내고;
- G는 존재하는 경우에, i = 0일 때 1가이거나 또는 i = 1일 때 2가인, 1 내지 10개 탄소 원자를 함유하는 지방족 탄화수소 라디칼을 나타냄);

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 화합물 F는 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 이타콘산, 크로톤산, 2-카복시에틸 아크릴레이트, 3-카복시프로필 아크릴레이트, 말레산, 푸마르산, 2-(아크릴로일옥시)아세트산, 2-(아크릴로일옥시)프로판산, 3-(아크릴로일옥시)프로판산, 2-(아크릴로일옥시)-2-페닐아세트산, 4-(아크릴로일옥시)부탄산, 2-(아크릴로일옥시)-2-메틸프로판산, 5-(아크릴로일옥시)펜탄산, (E)-부트-2-엔산, (Z)-프로프-1-엔-1,2,3-트리카복실산, 신남산, 솔브산, 2-헥센산, 2-펜텐산, 2,4-펜타디엔산, 에텐술폰산, 비닐포스폰산, (1-페닐비닐)포스폰산, 3-(비닐술포닐)프로판산, 2-(비닐술포닐)아세트산, 2-(비닐술포닐)숙신산, 아세틸렌디카복실산 및 프로피올산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 가요성 매질의 코팅 동안 미스트 형성의 방지를 위한 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1항 또는 제2항에 따라 정의된 미스팅방지 첨가제 E가 첨가되는 실리콘 코팅(들)의 전구체인 상기 액체 실리콘 조성물 X는
- 적어도 하나의 라디칼 가교가능한 오가노폴리실록산 A1, 및
- 적어도 하나의 라디칼 광개시제 C1
를 포함하는, 가요성 매질의 코팅 동안 미스트 형성의 방지를 위한 방법. - - 중첨가, 탈수축합, 중축합, 양이온 또는 라디칼에 의해 가교가능한 적어도 하나의 오가노폴리실록산 A, 및
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따라 기재된 바와 같은 적어도 하나의 미스팅방지 첨가제 E
를 포함하는, 실리콘 코팅(들)의 전구체인 액체 실리콘 조성물 X. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 A 가 적어도 하나의 라디칼에 의해 가교가능한 오가노폴리실록산 A1 인, 액체 실리콘 조성물 X. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 방법에 정의된 바와 같은 미스팅방지 첨가제 E를 사용하는, 실리콘 코팅(들)의 전구체인 액체 실리콘 조성물 X에 의한 가용성 매질의 코팅 동안 미스트 형성의 감소를 위한 방법.
