Claims (14)
- 복합 프리폼을 포함하고,
상기 복합 프리폼의 기공이, 탄소 및 세라믹으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는 매트릭스로 채워진 탄소 복합체로서,
상기 복합 프리폼은, 탄소섬유 프리폼; 및 상기 탄소섬유 프리폼의 표면, 내부 또는 이 둘 모두에 형성되는 2차원 나노소재를 포함하는 코팅층;을 포함하고,
상기 2차원 나노소재는, 그래핀, 전이금속 카바이드, 전이금속 나이트라이드 및 전이금속 카보나이트라이드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것이고,
상기 탄소섬유 프리폼 100 중량부에 대하여, 상기 2차원 나노소재는 0.01 내지 10 중량부를 포함하는 것이고,
상기 세라믹은, Si, Zr, Ta 및 Hf으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 카바이드를 포함하는 것인,
탄소 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 2차원 나노소재는, 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물을 포함하는 것인,
탄소 복합체:

Mn+1Xn
(상기 화학식 1에서,
M은 앞 전이금속(early transition metal)이고,
X는 C, N 또는 CN이고,
n은 1 내지 3의 정수이다.)
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 앞 전이금속은, Sc, Ti, V, Cr, Zr, Nb, Mo, Hf 및 Ta로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것인,
탄소 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 2차원 나노소재는,
Ti2C, (Ti0.5,Nb0.5)2C, V2C, Nb2C, Mo2C, Ti3C2, Ti3CN, Zr3C2, Hf3C2, Ti4N3, Nb4C3, Ta4C3, Mo2TiC2, Cr2TiC2 및 Mo2Ti2C3로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것인,
탄소 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 복합 프리폼은, 2차원 나노소재;를 더 포함하는 것인,
탄소 복합체.

상기 복합 프리폼을 밀도화하는 단계; 이후에, 1,400 ℃ 내지 2,500 ℃의 온도에서 열처리하여 흑연화하는 단계;를 더 포함하고,
상기 2차원 나노소재는, 그래핀, 전이금속 카바이드, 전이금속 나이트라이드 및 전이금속 카보나이트라이드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것이고,
상기 탄소섬유 프리폼 100 중량부에 대하여, 상기 2차원 나노소재는 0.01 내지 10 중량부를 포함하는 것이고,
상기 복합 프리폼을 밀도화하는 단계를 통해 상기 복합 프리폼의 기공이, 탄소 및 세라믹으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는 매트릭스로 채워지는 것이고,
상기 세라믹은, Si, Zr, Ta 및 Hf으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 카바이드를 포함하는 것인,
탄소 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 탄소섬유 프리폼은, 1방향(UD), 2방향(2D) 또는 3방향(3D) 이상의 탄소섬유 프리폼인 것인,
탄소 복합체의 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 코팅은, 탄소 섬유 프리폼을 2차원 나노소재가 분산된 용액에 담지 하거나, 탄소 섬유 프리폼에 2차원 나노소재가 분산된 용액을 분사하여 수행되는 것인,
탄소 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 복합 프리폼을 밀도화하는 단계는,
화학 기상 침착법(CVI: Chemical Vapour Infiltration) 또는 고분자 담지 열분해법(PIP: polymer infiltration and pyrolysis)을 사용하여 수행되는 것인,
탄소 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 고분자 담지 열분해법은, 피치(pitch), 폴리카보실란, 폴리실록산, 실라잔, 보로실란 및 실리카졸로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나를 사용하여 수행되는 것인,
탄소 복합체의 제조 방법.
