Abstract
상기 제1기판과 서로 대향하는 제2기판; 상기 제1기판 및 제2기판 사이에 형성되는 액정층; 상기 제1기판과 마주하지 않는 상기 제2기판의 일면에 형성되는 제2투명전극을 포함하고, 상기 제1 및 제2투명전극은 도전성패턴에 의해 서로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치를 제공한다.

Claims (7)
- 표시부영역과 패드부영역으로 이루어진 제1기판;
상기 제1기판 상에 소정 간격 이격되며 각각 형성되는 접지전극 및 전원배선;
상기 접지전극 및 전원배선 상부에 접지전극의 일부를 노출시키는 접지콘택홀을 가지며 형성되는 게이트절연막 및 보호막;
상기 보호막 상부 및 패드부 영역에 상기 접지콘택홀을 통해 접지전극과 연결되며 형성되는 제1투명전극;
상기 제1기판과 서로 대향하는 제2기판;
상기 제1기판 및 제2기판 사이에 형성되는 액정층;
상기 제1기판과 마주하지 않는 상기 제2기판의 일면에 형성되는 제2투명전극을 포함하고,
상기 제1 및 제2투명전극은 도전성패턴에 의해 서로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하며,
상기 표시부영역은 상기 제 1 및 제 2 기판이 중첩되어 정의되며, 상기 패드부영역은 상기 제 1 기판의 가장자리를 따라 정의되며,
상기 전원배선과 상기 접지전극은 상기 게이트절연막 및 상기 보호막 하부로 동일층에 위치하며,
상기 전원배선은 상기 표시부영역에 위치하며, 상기 접지전극은 상기 패드부영역에 위치하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 전원배선은 공통전압 전달배선 또는 접지전압 전달배선이며,
상기 전원배선은 상기 패드부영역으로 일부가 연장되어, 상기 전원배선과 상기 접지전극은 제 1 간격을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 전원배선은 로우 게이트전압 전달배선이며,
상기 전원배선과 상기 접지전극은 상기 제 1 간격 보다 넓은 제 2 간격을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 도전성패턴은 은 페이스트(Ag paste)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1기판 또는 제2기판 중 어느 하나의 기판 상에는 터치를 감지하기 위한 센싱 전극이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 제2투명전극은 상기 센싱전극인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 제2투명전극은 개구부를 가지며 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
