- a) 디스플레이용 커버 윈도우의 비 표시영역에, 금속 입자를 포함하는 자외선 경화성 잉크를 잉크젯 프린팅하여 UV 패턴을 형성하는 단계;
b) 상기 형성된 UV 패턴을 경화하는 단계;
c) 상기 형성된 UV 패턴의 상부에 블랙잉크를 잉크젯 프린팅하여 블랙 인쇄층을 형성하거나, 컬러잉크 또는 화이트잉크를 잉크젯 프린팅하여 컬러/화이트 인쇄층을 형성한 후 그 상부에 차광층을 프린팅하는 단계; 및
d) 상기 형성된 인쇄층 및 차광층을 경화하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 금속 입자의 함량은 상기 자외선 경화성 잉크 100 중량부에 대해 1 내지 10 중량부이고,

상기 UV 패턴의 상부에 위치하는 2 내지 10 ㎛ 두께의 블랙 인쇄층; 또는 상부에 1 내지 8 ㎛ 두께의 차광층이 형성된 10 내지 30 ㎛ 두께의 컬러/화이트 인쇄층;을 포함하고,
상기 금속 입자의 함량은 상기 UV 패턴의 형성에 사용된 자외선 경화성 잉크 100 중량부에 대해 1 내지 10 중량부이고,
상기 금속 입자는 알루미늄(Al), 은(Ag), 구리(Cu), 니켈(Ni), 코발트(Co) 및 철(Fe)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고,
상기 금속 입자의 크기는 50 내지 1,000 nm이며,
상기 UV 패턴은 헤어라인, 체크 형상 및 다이아몬드 형상으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고,
상기 커버 윈도우는 유리 또는 필름이고,
