Claims (9)
- 물 1000중량부, 메틸메타크릴레이트(MMA) 200~400중량부, 2-에틸헥실아크릴레이트(2-EHA) 400~500중량부, 부틸아크릴레이트(BA) 100~200중량부 및 메타크릴산(MAAC) 50~70중량부를 포함하는 중합조성물의 라디칼 공중합체인 아크릴공중합체 100중량부; 유리알 부착증진제로서 실란 커플링제 10~20중량부; 아스콘노면 부착증진제로서 에틸렌비닐아세테이트(EVA) 2~5중량부 및 SBR라텍스 2~5중량부; 콘크리트노면 부착증진제로서 액상알칼리금속실리케이트 5~10중량부; 300~500메쉬의 실리카분말 5~20중량부 및 탄산칼슘 5~20중량부를 포함하여 조성되는 충진재 50~70중량부; 및 아크릴공중합체 경화제로서 벤조일퍼옥사이드(BPO) 2~4중량부;를 포함하여 조성되어 아스콘 및 콘크리트 도로에 동시 시공될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리알 부착성 및 내마모성이 우수한 아크릴계 친환경 도로차선표시용 도료 조성물
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 아크릴공중합체는 물 1000중량부, 메틸메타크릴레이트(MMA) 200~400중량부, 2-에틸헥실아크릴레이트(2-EHA) 400~500중량부, 부틸아크릴레이트(BA) 100~200중량부, 메타크릴산(MAAC) 50~70중량부, 염산수용액 2~5중량부, 반응성 유화제 10~15중량부, 라디칼중합개시제 5~7중량부, 중합촉진제 0.5~1중량부를 포함하는 조성물을 라디칼중합한 아크릴공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리알 부착성 및 내마모성이 우수한 아크릴계 친환경 도로차선표시용 도료 조성물
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 반응성 유화제는 폴리옥시에틸렌알킬에테르황산나트륨, 폴리옥시에틸렌알킬페닐에테르황산암모늄, 폴리옥시에틸렌알킬페닐에테르황산나트륨, 폴리옥시에틸렌알킬술포숙신산나트륨으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리알 부착성 및 내마모성이 우수한 아크릴계 친환경 도로차선표시용 도료 조성물
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 라디칼중합개시제는 과황산암모늄(Ammonium persulfate ; APS), 메타중아황산나트륨(Sodium metabisulfite ; SMBS)으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리알 부착성 및 내마모성이 우수한 아크릴계 친환경 도로차선표시용 도료 조성물
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 중합촉진제는 터셔리부틸하이드로퍼옥사이드(t-butyl hydroperoxide : t-BHP)인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리알 부착성 및 내마모성이 우수한 아크릴계 친환경 도로차선표시용 도료 조성물
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 실란 커플링제는 N-(β-아미노에틸)-γ-아미노프로필메틸디메톡시실란, 3-메타크릴로일록시프로필트리스트리메틸실록시실란, N-(β-아미노에틸)-γ-아미노프로필메틸디메톡시실란, γ-아미노프로필트리메톡시실란 및 γ-아미노프로필트리에톡시실란 중 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리알 부착성 및 내마모성이 우수한 아크릴계 친환경 도로차선표시용 도료 조성물
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 액상알칼리금속실리케이트는 액상소듐실리케이트, 액상포타슘실리케이트, 액상리튬실리케이트로부터 1종 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리알 부착성 및 내마모성이 우수한 아크릴계 친환경 도로차선표시용 도료 조성물
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 유리알 부착성 및 내마모성이 우수한 아크릴계 친환경 도로차선표시용 도료 조성물은 전체 100중량부에 대하여 소포제, 계면활성제, 분산제, 가소제, 동결방지제, 수용성왁스, 착색안료, UV안정제 중 적어도 하나이상을 0.1 내지 10 중량부 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리알 부착성 및 내마모성이 우수한 아크릴계 친환경 도로차선표시용 도료 조성물
- 도로면을 전처리하는 단계; 상기 전처리한 도로면에 프라이머를 도포하거나 또는 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 유리알 부착성 및 내마모성이 우수한 아크릴계 친환경 도로차선표시용 도료 조성물을 도포하는 단계;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도로차선도색 시공방법
