Claims (14)
- 복합 원단에 있어서,
한 층의 열가소성 폴리우레탄 멜트블로운 탄성 부직포층, 한 층의 탄성 편직 기포층 및 이들 2개의 층 사이의 점상으로 분포된 습기 경화 반응성 폴리우레탄 핫멜트 접착제가 구비되는 코팅층면으로 조성되고,
상기 열가소성 폴리우레탄 멜트블로운 탄성 부직포층의 섬유 간의 최대 기공직경은 80㎛이하인
것을 특징으로 하는 복합 원단. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 습기 경화 반응성 폴리우레탄 핫멜트 접착제 코팅량은 6~15g/m2이고, 접착점의 밀도는 80~180점/평방센티미터인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 원단. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 폴리우레탄 멜트블로운 탄성 부직포층의 평량은 20~120g/m2인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 원단. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 탄성 편직 기포층은 나일론 또는 폴리에스테르 재질이고, 평량은 16~50g/m2인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 원단. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 복합 원단의 제조방법으로서,
열가소성 폴리우레탄 멜트블로운 탄성 부직포층 및 탄성 편직 기포층을 준비한 후, 이들 2개의 층 사이를 습기 경화 반응성 폴리우레탄 핫멜트 접착제에 의해 점상 복합하고, 이어서 핫프레싱 평탄화 또는 광택처리를 진행하는 단계
를 포함하는 복합 원단의 제조방법. - 다운프루프 원단을 제조하기 위해 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 복합 원단을 사용하는 방법.
- 다운프루프 원단에 있어서,
제1항에 따른 복합 원단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다운프루프 원단. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 폴리우레탄 멜트블로운 탄성 부직포층의 평량은 20~80g/m2이고, 섬유직경은 5~30㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 다운프루프 원단. - 제7항에 있어서,

한 층의 제1 원단층, 한 층의 제2 원단층 및 상기 제1 원단층, 제2 원단층을 접착시키기 위한 접착층을 포함하고, 상기 제1 원단층 및 상기 제2 원단층은 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 복합 원단 또는 제7항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 다운프루프 원단으로 제조되며, 상기 접착층은, 이격 설치됨과 동시에 상기 제1 원단층 및 상기 제2 원단층의 열가소성 폴리우레탄 멜트블로운 탄성 부직포층 사이에 접착되는 다수의 접착반을 포함하되, 각각의 상기 접착반은 이격 설치된 다수의 접착점을 포함하고, 임의의 2개의 접착반 사이의 거리는 충진물이 상기 임의의 2개의 접착반 사이에 충진될 수 있게 하는
것을 특징으로 하는 충진제 충진용 원단 구조체. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 제1 원단층, 제2 원단층의 탄성 편직 기포층은 동일한 종류의 원단인 것을 특징으로 하는 충진제 충진용 원단 구조체. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 제1 원단층, 제2 원단층의 탄성 편직 기포층은 상이한 종류의 원단인 것을 특징으로 하는 충진제 충진용 원단 구조체. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 접착반은 스트립 구조체인 것을 특징으로 하는 충진제 충진용 원단 구조체.
