Claims (20)
- 투습방수 원단에 있어서,원단층으로 이루어진 표면층;상기 표면층의 이면에 나노섬유 부직포막; 및상기 나노섬유 부직포막의 이면에 이면층이 포함되어 이루어지며, 상기 각 층은 라미네이팅 공법으로 접합되어 이루어지되, 공기투과도 0.4 내지 0.8 cc/㎠/sec, 내수압 7,000 내지 12,000 mmH2O, 투습도 7,000 내지 10,000 g/㎡/24hr 및 투습저항도 2 내지 7 ㎡ Pa/w임을 특징으로 하는 투습방수 원단.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 나노섬유 부직포막은 공기투과도가 0.8 cc/㎠/sec이상임을 특징으로 하는 투습방수 원단.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 나노섬유 부직포막은 내수압이 10,000 mmH2O이상임을 특징으로 하는 투습방수 원단.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 나노섬유 부직포막은 투습도가 10,000 g/㎡/24hr이상임을 특징으로 하는 투습방수 원단.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 나노섬유 부직포막은 기공크기가 0.1 내지 1.0 ㎛ 임을 특징으로 하는 투습방수 원단.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 나노섬유 부직포막은 중량 4 내지 7 g/㎡, 두께 10 내지 30 ㎛로 이루어져, 인장강도 0.2 kgf/inch이상, 신장률 70%이상, 박리강도 25 kgf/cm이상, 기공성 80%이상임을 특징으로 하는 투습방수 원단.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 라미네이팅 공법은 3 내지 30 g/㎡의 분말 상태인 수분 경화형 접착제를 사용하여 70 내지 150 ℃에서 접합시킨 후, 접착력 향상을 위해 수분경화 강도가 높아지도록 온도 30±10 ℃, 습도 80±10%에서 숙성시켜 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 투습방수 원단.

- 투습방수 원단의 제조방법에 있어서,폴리우레탄을 전기방사하여 직경 70 내지 100 nm인 나노섬유가 컬렉터(Collector)에서 부직포막(Web Membrane)형태로 제조되는 나노섬유 부직포막 제조단계; 및상기 제조된 나노섬유 부직포막의 표면에 표면층을 라미네이팅 공법으로 적층시켜 이루어지는 라미네이팅 단계; 및상기 나노섬유 부직포막의 이면에 이면층을 라미네이팅 공법으로 적층시키는 이면층 형성단계가 포함되어 공기투과도 0.4 내지 0.8 cc/㎠/sec, 내수압 7,000 내 지 12,000 mmH2O, 투습도 7,000 내지 10,000 g/㎡/24hr, 투습저항도 2 내지 7 ㎡ Pa/w가 됨을 특징으로 하는 투습방수 원단의 제조방법.
