Description
도 1은 제 1 실시 형태에 관련된 차량 하부 구조가 적용된 차량의 리어 플로어를 나타내는 사시도이다.
도 2는 도 1의 II-II선으로 절단한 상태를 나타내는 단면도이다.
도 3은 도 1의 III-III선으로 절단한 상태를 나타내는 단면도이다.
도 4는 제 1 실시 형태에 관련된 리인포스먼트를 나타내는 사시도이다.
도 5는 제 1 실시 형태에 관련된 리인포스먼트의 단부(端部)를 확대하여 나타내는 확대 사시도이다.
도 6은 도 5의 VI-VI선으로 절단한 상태를 확대하여 나타내는 확대 단면도이다.
도 7은 제 2 실시 형태에 관련된 차량 하부 구조가 적용된 차량의 리어 플로어를 나타내는 사시도이다.
도 8은 도 7의 VIII-VIII선으로 절단한 상태를 나타내는 단면도이다.
도 9는 제 3 실시 형태에 관련된 차량 하부 구조가 적용된 차량의 프론트 플로어를 나타내는 사시도이다.

Claims (8)
- 차량 하부 구조에 있어서,
차실의 플로어면을 구성하는 수지제의 플로어 패널(10; 60);
상기 플로어 패널(10; 60)의 차량 하방측에서 차량 골격 부재(21; 21, 66) 사이에 걸쳐짐과 함께, 상기 플로어 패널(10; 60)의 차량 하방측에 배치된 차량 탑재물을 지지하는 금속제의 보강 부재(12; 50, 52; 82, 84);
상기 보강 부재(12)의 차량 전방측 또는 차량 후방측에 있어서의 상기 차량 골격 부재(21) 사이에 걸쳐져 있는 크로스 멤버(14); 및
상기 크로스 멤버(14)와 상기 보강 부재(12)에 연결되는 지지 부재(28)를 포함하고,
상기 보강 부재(12; 50, 52)는, 상기 플로어 패널의 차량 폭 방향 양측에서 차량 전후 방향으로 연장된 한 쌍의 차량 골격 부재(21) 사이에 걸쳐져 있고, 상기 지지 부재(28)는 차량 하방측에 배치되어, 상기 차량 탑재물을 지지하도록 구성되며,
상기 보강 부재(12)는, 차량 폭방향 중앙부의 지지부(30)가 차량 폭방향 양단부보다 차량 하방측에 위치하는 형상으로 형성되어 있는 차량 하부 구조. - 삭제

상기 보강 부재(50, 52)는, 차량 전후 방향으로 간격을 두고 복수 마련되어 있고,
상기 플로어 패널(10)의 차량 하방측에는, 복수의 상기 보강 부재(50, 52)에 연결되어 상기 차량 탑재물을 지지하는 지지 부재(59)가 마련되어 있는 차량 하부 구조. - 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 보강 부재(12; 50, 52; 82, 84)는, 걸쳐진 방향을 길이 방향으로 하는 긴 형상의 부재이고,
상기 보강 부재(12; 50, 52; 82, 84)의 적어도 일부는, 길이 방향에서 보아 차량 상방측이 개방된 단면 해트 형상으로 형성되어 있는 차량 하부 구조. - 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 보강 부재(12; 50, 52; 82, 84)에 있어서의 상기 차량 골격 부재(21; 62, 66)와의 접합 부분의 근방에는, 비드(36)가 형성되어 있는 차량 하부 구조. - 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 보강 부재(12; 50, 52; 82, 84)에 있어서, 적어도 걸쳐진 방향의 양단부에는, 상기 보강 부재(12; 50, 52; 82, 84)의 외연으로부터 차량 상방측 또는 차량 하방측으로 보강용 플랜지(38)가 연장돌출되어 있는 차량 하부 구조. - 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 플로어 패널(10)은, 차량 뒷부분에 마련된 리어 플로어 패널인 차량 하부 구조.
