Claims (10)
- 하기를 포함하는, 결합제 시스템 조성물:
(a) 적어도 2개의 옥시란기를 갖는 열경화성 화합물이 흡수된 단일-상 열가소성 폴리머 입자의 안정한 수성 분산물을 포함하는 수성 폴리머 분산 조성물로서, 상기 폴리머 입자는 응집에 대해 라텍스를 안정화시키기 위해 충분한 농도의 응집방지 작용기들을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하고, 상기 작용기들 중 하나는 메틸롤 아크릴아미드인, 수성 폴리머 분산 조성물; 및
(b) 조리된 전분. - 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 2개의 옥시란기를 갖는 열경화성 화합물이 흡수된 단일-상 열가소성 폴리머 입자의 안정한 수성 분산물을 포함하는 상기 수성 폴리머 분산 조성물의 농도는, 상기 결합제 시스템의 총 건조 중량을 기준으로, 40 내지 50 wt.%인, 결합제 시스템 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조리된 전분의 농도는, 상기 결합제 시스템 조성물의 총 건조 중량을 기준으로, 50 내지 60 wt.%인, 결합제 시스템 조성물.
- 하기 단계들을 포함하는, 부직포 복합체를 형성하는 방법:
(a) 적어도 2개의 옥시란기를 갖는 열경화성 화합물을 단일-상 열가소성 폴리머 입자의 안정한 수성 분산물에 흡수시킴으로써 수성 폴리머 분산 조성물을 형성하는 단계로서, 상기 폴리머 입자는 응집에 대해 라텍스를 안정화시키기 위해 충분한 농도의 응집방지 작용기들을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하고, 상기 작용기들 중 하나는 메틸롤 아크릴아미드인, 수성 폴리머 분산 조성물을 형성하는 단계;
(b) 결합제 시스템 조성물을 형성하기 위해 상기 수성 폴리머 분산 조성물을 조리된 전분과 혼합하는 단계; 및
(c) 부직포에 상기 결합제 시스템 조성물을 적용하는 단계. - 제4항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 2개의 옥시란기를 갖는 열경화성 화합물이, 비-이온성 계면활성제로 안정화된 수성 분산물로서 제공되는, 부직포 복합체를 형성하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 열경화성 화합물은 미분화된 수성 분산물로서 혼합되는, 부직포 복합체를 형성하는 방법.
