Claims (10)
- 압축기(10) 및 공기를 압축기(10)로 공급하기 위한 통로(12)를 가지고 있는 가스터빈 헬리콥터 엔진을 위한 공기 흡입구에서,
통로는 공기 흡입구(34)를 통하여 그것의 상류 단부에서 넓어지며,
상기 공기 흡입구는:
- 공기 흡입구 립(30, 32); 그리고
- 공기 흡입구(34)로 들어가는 공기 유동에 개재되어 있는, 공기 흡입구 립(30, 32)의 외부 단부 (30a, 32a)에 장착된 방빙 그리드(36)를 포함하고,
상기 공기 흡입구는 적어도 하나의 공기 흡입구 립(30, 32)이 얇은 금속판으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 흡입구. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 공기 흡입구 립(30, 32)을 형성하는 상기 얇은 금속판은 1.5mm 이하의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 흡입구. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 공기 흡입구 립(30, 32)의 외부 단부(30a, 32a)는 U-형상 커브를 가지고 있고, 그리고 방빙 그리드(36)의 테두리(60)는 이런 방법으로 정의된 U-형상 공간(70)에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 흡입구. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
방빙 그리드(36)의 테두리(60)는 상기 적어도 하나의 공기 흡입구 립(30, 32)에 체결되는 체결요소 탭(63)이 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 흡입구. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
방빙 그리드(36)의 테두리(60)는 상기 적어도 하나의 공기 흡입구 립(30, 32)에 체결된 연속 체결요소 비드가 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 흡입구. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
방빙 그리드(36)의 테두리(60)는 용접(64)에 의해 상기 적어도 하나의 공기 흡입구 립(30, 32)에 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 흡입구. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 공기 흡입구 립(30, 32)에 방빙 그리드(36)를 체결하는 것은 접착제 접합이 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 흡입구. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
방빙 그리드의 테두리(60)는 방빙 그리드(36)의 본체로 분리되는 부분이고, 그리드의 테두리(60)는 그리드(36)의 본체에 체결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 흡입구. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
그리드의 테두리(60)는 경납땜(62)에 의해 방빙 그리드(36)의 본체에 체결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 흡입구. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 공기 흡입구(34)를 갖는 가스터빈 헬리콥터 엔진.
