Claims (15)
- 기재, 배향막 및 광학 이방성 필름을 포함하고, 헤이즈값이 0.25% 이하인 광학 이방성 적층체의 제조 방법으로서,
배향막 형성용 재료 및 용제를 포함하며, 25℃에 있어서의 점도가 4m㎩ㆍs 이하인 배향막 형성용 조성물을, 기재 상에 도포하여 건조함으로써 배향막을 형성하고,
장축을 갖는 중합성 액정 화합물을 포함하는 광학 이방층 형성용 조성물을, 얻어진 배향막 상에 도포하여 건조시키고, 중합성 액정 화합물을 기재 표면에 대하여 수직 배향시킴으로써 광학 이방성 필름을 형성하는, 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 배향막 형성용 재료가 폴리이미드, 폴리아미드 및 폴리아믹산으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 포함하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 기재가 폴리올레핀을 포함하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 배향막 형성용 조성물을 다이 코터, 그라비아 코터 또는 슬릿 코터에 의해 도포하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 배향막 형성용 조성물을 기재에 도포하여 건조할 때의 기재의 반송 속도가 5m/분 이상인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 광학 이방성 필름이 위상차 필름인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 적층체가 IPS(in-plane switching) 액정 표시 장치용의 적층체인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 제조 방법에 의해 제조된 적층체를 갖는 편광판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 제조 방법에 의해 제조된 적층체를 구비한 표시 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 배향막 형성용 조성물을 다이 코터, 그라비아 코터 또는 슬릿 코터에 의해 도포하는 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 배향막 형성용 조성물을 기재에 도포하여 건조할 때의 기재의 반송 속도가 5m/분 이상인 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 광학 이방성 필름이 위상차 필름인 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 적층체가 IPS 액정 표시 장치용의 적층체인 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 기재된 제조 방법에 의해 제조된 적층체를 갖는 편광판.
