Claims (7)
- 권시측 통전 단자 및 권종측 통전 단자가 마련된 코일 보빈과, 그 코일 보빈에 권장됨과 함께, 시단이 상기 권시측 통전 단자에 묶여져서 고정되고, 종단이 상기 권종측 통전 단자에 묶여져서 고정되는 마그넷 와이어와, 그 마그넷 와이어의 외주부를 덮는 몰드 수지를 구비하는 코일 장치로서,
상기 권종측 통전 단자에는, 기단측부터 상기 마그넷 와이어가 묶여지는 권종측 기단 묶음부와 권종측 선단 묶음부가 마련됨과 함께, 상기 권종측 기단 묶음부와 상기 권종측 선단 묶음부 사이에서 상기 마그넷 와이어를 상기 권종측 통전 단자에 결선하는 권종측 결선부가 마련되고,
상기 마그넷 와이어의 종단은, 상기 권종측 선단 묶음부의 코킹 및/또는 퓨징에 의해 상기 권종측 통전 단자에 고정되고,
상기 권종측 선단 묶음부는, 상기 권종측 통전 단자로부터 돌설되어 상기 마그넷 와이어가 묶여지는 휘감김부와, 그 휘감김부로부터 돌설되어 상기 권종측 통전 단자에 당접시켜지는 당접부를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 코일 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 권종측 통전 단자의 길이 방향에서 상기 휘감김부의 폭은, 상기 권종측 통전 단자의 길이 방향에서 상기 당접부의 폭과 비교하여 좁은 것을 특징으로 하는 코일 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 권종측 선단 묶음부의 상기 휘감김부와 상기 권종측 결선부는 같은 폭으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 코일 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 권종측 통전 단자는 단면 사각형을 가지며, 상기 권종측 선단 묶음부와 상기 권종측 결선부는, 상기 권종측 통전 단자에서의 같은 면에 대면하도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 코일 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 권시측 통전 단자에는, 선단측부터 상기 마그넷 와이어가 묶여지는 권시측 선단 묶음부와 권시측 기단 묶음부가 마련됨과 함께, 상기 권시측 선단 묶음부와 상기 권시측 기단 묶음부 사이에서 상기 마그넷 와이어를 상기 권시측 통전 단자에 결선하는 권시측 결선부가 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 코일 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 코일 장치를 갖는 스테핑 모터와, 밸브구를 갖는 밸브 본체와, 상기 스테핑 모터에의 통전에 의해 발생하는 구동력에 의해 구동되어 상기 밸브구를 개폐하는 밸브축을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동밸브.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 코일 장치와, 밸브구를 갖는 밸브 본체와, 상기 코일 장치에의 통전에 의해 발생하는 자력에 의해 구동되어 상기 밸브구를 개폐하는 밸브축을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자밸브.
