Claims (13)
- 수용성 아크릴 우레탄 수지, 음이온성 분산제, 유동화제, 소포제, 안료 및 물을 포함하는 주제; 및
(C1-5의 알킬렌)글리콜(C1-3의 알킬)에테르 아세테이트, 점도조절제 및 잔량의 용매를 포함하는 경화제;를 포함하며,
상기 수용성 아크릴 우레탄 수지는 폴리올 및 디이소시아네이트를 반응촉매 및 용매 하에서 NCO/OH= 0.6 ~ 0.8 단량비로 반응시켜 제조한 반응생성물을 포함하며,
상기 폴리올은 중량평균분자량 200 ~ 500인 폴리옥시(C2-3의 알킬렌)글리콜 15 ~ 25 중량%, 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 폴리올 5 ~ 15 중량% 및 잔량의 아크릴 폴리올을 포함하고,
무황변 도료 도장시, 상기 경화제 및 주제를 1 : 5.0 ~ 7.5 중량비로 혼합 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상도용 2액형 무황변 중방식 도료.
[화학식 1]
화학식 1에서, R1은 H, C1-5의 직쇄형 알킬기 또는 C3-5의 분쇄형 알킬기이고, R2는 C1-5의 직쇄형 알킬렌기이며, n은 1 ~ 4의 자연수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주제는 수용성 아크릴 우레탄 수지 60 ~ 70 중량%, 음이온성 분산제 2 ~ 5 중량%, 유동화제 1 ~ 3 중량%, 소포제 0.1 ~ 1 중량%, 안료 0.1 ~ 5 중량% 및 잔량의 물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상도용 2액형 무황변 중방식 도료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경화제는 (C1-5의 알킬렌)글리콜(C1-3의 알킬)에테르 아세테이트 70 ~ 80 중량%, 점도조절제 5 ~ 10 중량% 및 잔량의 물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상도용 2액형 무황변 중방식 도료.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴 폴리올은
아크릴산, 2-하이드록시메타아크릴레이트, 아크릴아마이드 및 N-메틸올아크릴아마이드를 포함하는 혼합 단량체 35 ~ 45 중량%, 중합개시제 0.5 ~ 1 중량% 및 잔량의 용매를 혼합한 후, 70 ~ 80℃ 하에서 1 ~ 2 시간 동안 천천히 교반 및 예비 반응을 수행한 후, 85 ~ 90℃에서 2 ~ 3시간 동안 반응시켜 제조한 반응생성물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상도용 2액형 무황변 중방식 도료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합 단량체는
아크릴산 100 중량부에 대하여, 2-하이드록시메타아크릴레이트 35 ~ 50 중량부, 아크릴아마이드 5 ~ 10 중량부 및 N-메틸올아크릴아마이드 25 ~ 35 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상도용 2액형 무황변 중방식 도료.
- 제1항이 있어서, 상기 디이소시아네이트는 4,4`-디사이클로헥실메탄 디이소시아네이트(MDI), 1,6-헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트(HDI) 및 이소포론 디이소시아네이트(IPDI) 중에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상도용 2액형 무황변 중방식 도료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 음이온성 분산제는 DMPA(Dimethyl propionic acid) 및 DMBA(Dimethyl butanoic acid) 중에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하고,
상기 유동화제는 폴리리그닌슬폰산축합물계(LSF) 계면활성제, 폴리카르본산계(PC) 계면활성제 및 폴리멜라민슬폰산나트륨축합물계(PMS) 계면활성제 중에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상도용 2액형 무황변 중방식 도료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 점도조절제는 아디핀산디옥틸, 2,2,4-트리메틸-1,3-펜탄디올디이소부틸레이트, 트리메리트산에스테르(trimellitate) 및 에틸사이클로헥산 중에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상도용 2액형 무황변 중방식 도료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경화제의 상기 용매는
t-부틸 알코올(tert-butyl alcohol), t-아밀 알코올(tert-amyl alcohol), 디아세톤 알코올 및 알파-테르피네올 중에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 알코올 및 물을 1 : 5 ~ 10 부피비로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상도용 2액형 무황변 중방식 도료.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 및 제5항 내지 제10항 중에서 선택된 어느 한 항의 상도용 2액형 무황변 중방식 도료를 사용하여 도장 시공을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중방식 도장 방법.
- 중방식 도장 시공물의 표면처리하는 1단계;
표면 처리된 시공물의 표면에 프라이머를 도포하여 하도를 수행하는 2단계;
하도 수행된 시공물의 표면에 에폭시계 도료를 도포하여 중도를 수행하는 3단계; 및
중도 수행된 시공물의 표면에 제1항 내지 제3항 및 제5항 내지 제10항 중에서 선택된 어느 한 항의 상도용 2액형 무황변 중방식 도료를 도포하여 상도를 수행하는 4단계;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중방식 도장 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 중방식 도장 시공물은 강재(steel material)를 포함하는 구조물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중방식 도장 방법.
