Claims (12)
- 제1기판;
상기 제1기판의 일면 상에 위치하는 발광부;
상기 제1기판과 합착되는 제2기판;
상기 제1기판과 마주보는 상기 제2기판의 일면 상에 위치하고 상기 발광부에 대응하는 개구부를 갖는 미러부; 및
상기 제2기판의 일면 상에 위치하고, 상기 개구부의 일부를 덮되, 상기 개구부의 중심을 노출하는 커버층을 포함하고,
상기 커버층의 두께는
상기 미러부의 끝단부에서 상기 개구부의 중심쪽으로 점차 감소하고,
상기 개구부의 시작점에서 중심점의 거리(r)에 대비하여, 상기 커버층의 끝점에서 중심점의 거리(w)의 비율이 0을 초과하고, 0.7 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 미러 기능을 갖는 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 커버층은
상기 미러부의 끝단부 및 상기 개구부를 덮는 영역에서 경사를 갖는 미러 기능을 갖는 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 커버층의 두께는
상기 개구부가 시작되는 지점, 상기 개구부의 전 지점, 또는 상기 개구부의 후 지점, 중 적어도 어느 하나의 지점부터 선형의 기울기를 가지며 감소하는 미러 기능을 갖는 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 커버층의 두께는
상기 개구부가 시작되는 지점, 상기 개구부의 전 지점, 또는 상기 개구부의 후 지점, 중 적어도 어느 하나의 지점부터 계단형의 기울기를 가지며 감소하는 미러 기능을 갖는 표시장치.

평면 상에서의 형상이 원형, 타원형, 삼각형, 사각형 및 다각형 중 하나 또는 이들의 조합인 미러 기능을 갖는 표시장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 커버층은
유기재료, 무기재료 또는 금속재료 중 하나의 단층 또는 이들의 복층인 미러 기능을 갖는 표시장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 커버층은 서로 다른 색을 가지는 유기재료가 복층으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 미러 기능을 갖는 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 개구부의 시작점에서 중심점의 거리(r)에 대비하여, 상기 커버층의 끝점에서 중심점의 거리(w)의 비율이 0.7인 것을 특징으로 하는 미러 기능을 갖는 표시장치.
