Claims (17)
- 연속 액체 폴리올 상 중에서 안정화제의 존재 하에 150 이하의 분자량을 갖는 하나 이상의 저분자량 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체를 중합시켜 연속 액체 폴리올 상 중 고체 중합체 입자의 분산액을 형성하는 것을 포함하며,
여기서 안정화제는 저분자량 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체(들)의 중량을 기준으로 하여 1.5 내지 15%의 (i) 84 내지 90 중량% 프로필렌 옥시드 및 10 내지 16 중량% 에틸렌 옥시드의 혼합물의 랜덤 공중합체이고, 8000 내지 15,000의 수 평균 분자량, 평균적으로 분자당 4 또는 5개의 히드록실 기 및 1 내지 1.5개의 중합성 탄소-탄소 이중 또는 삼중 결합을 갖는 거대단량체, (ii) 이러한 거대단량체의 탄소-탄소 이중 또는 삼중 결합을 중합시킴으로써 형성된 예비형성된 중합체, 또는 (iii) (i) 및 (ii)의 혼합물을 포함하며,
상기 저분자량 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체는 스티렌 및 아크릴로니트릴을 85:15 내지 50:50의 중량비로 포함하며,
상기 거대단량체는 중합성 탄소-탄소 이중 또는 삼중 결합을 갖는 이소시아네이트 화합물과 프로필렌 옥시드 및 에틸렌 옥시드의 랜덤 공중합체를 반응시킴으로써 제조되는 것인, 중합체 폴리올을 제조하는 방법. - ◈청구항 2은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.◈제1항에 있어서, 안정화제의 적어도 75 중량%가 거대단량체인 방법.
