Claims (13)
- 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(polyethylene terephthalate; PET) 및 무수트리멜리트산클로라이드(Trimellitic anhydride acid chloride, TAAC)를 포함하는 제1 혼합물; 및
무기섬유 및 메틸렌디페닐디이소시아네이트를 포함하는 제2 혼합물을 포함하는 혼합 조성물의 압출물을 포함하고,
상기 무기섬유는 유리섬유, 탄소섬유 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나를 포함하는
섬유 강화 복합재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 혼합물은 열가소성 수지를 포함하지 않는
섬유 강화 복합재.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 무수트리멜리트산클로라이드 100 중량부 대비 상기 메틸렌디페닐디이소시아네이트를 20 중량부 내지 300 중량부 포함하는
섬유 강화 복합재.

상기 무기섬유는 표면처리제에 의해 개질된
섬유 강화 복합재.

상기 제2 혼합물은 상기 무기섬유 100 중량부 대비, 상기 메틸렌디페닐디이소시아네이트를 1.7 중량부 내지 13.6 중량부 포함하는

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 혼합 조성물은 상기 제1 혼합물 및 상기 제2 혼합물을 순차적으로 혼합하여 형성되는
섬유 강화 복합재.
- 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 및 무수트리멜리트산클로라이드를 포함하는 제1 혼합물을 제조하는 단계;
무기섬유 및 메틸렌디페닐디이소시아네이트를 포함하는 제2 혼합물을 제조하는 단계;
상기 제1 혼합물을 제1 투입구를 통하여 압출기에 1차 투입하고 제2 투입구 방향으로 이동시키면서 점차적으로 열을 가해 용융시키는 단계;
적어도 일부 용융된 상기 제1 혼합물에 상기 제2 투입구를 통하여 상기 제2 혼합물을 투입하여 상기 제1 혼합물과 상기 제2 혼합물이 혼합된 혼합 조성물을 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 혼합 조성물로부터 섬유 강화 복합재를 제조하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 무기섬유는 유리섬유, 탄소섬유 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나를 포함하는
섬유 강화 복합재의 제조방법.
