Claims (10)
- 이동 방향(94)에서의 인코더 자석(37)의 위치를 검출하기 위한 센서(48)로서,
- 이동 방향(94)으로 연장되는 제1 코일(74);
- 상기 제1 코일(74)에 이어서 배향된 제2 코일 및 제3 코일(76)로서, 상기 제2 코일 및 제3 코일은 대칭점(96)과 관련하여 고려될 때에, 상기 이동 방향(94)에서 서로에 대해서 대칭적으로 배열되며, 이에 대응하여 상기 제1 코일(74)과 함께 제1 변압기 및 제2 변압기를 형성하며, 상기 제1 변압기 및 제2 변압기의 변환비는 상기 인코더 자석(37)의 위치에 의존하는, 상기 제2 코일 및 제3 코일(76); 및
- 상기 제1 변압기 및 제2 변압기 중 한쪽 변압기의 변환비를 다른 쪽 변압기의 변환비에 대해서 변화시키는 자기적 비대칭부(magnetic asymmetry)를 포함하는, 위치 검출 센서(48). - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자기적 비대칭부는 기하학적 비대칭부를 포함하는, 위치 검출 센서(48).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 인코더 자석(37)의 이동 방향(94)에서 볼 때에 전방에 배열된 변압기의 변환비는, 상기 인코더 자석(37)의 이동 방향(94)에서 볼 때에 후방에 배열된 변압기의 변환비보다 자기적 비대칭성만큼 큰, 위치 검출 센서(48).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 자기적 비대칭부는 상기 제3 코일(76)에 대한 상기 제2 코일(76)의 비대칭적 기하구조를 포함하는, 위치 검출 센서(48).
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제3 코일(76)에 대한 상기 제2 코일(76)의 비대칭적 기하구조는 상기 제3 코일(76)에 대한 상기 제2 코일(76)의 비대칭적 권취수(turn number) 및/또는 단위 길이당 권취수를 포함하는, 위치 검출 센서(48).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 자기적 비대칭부는 상기 제1 코일(74)의 기하구조에서의 위치-의존적 변화를 포함하는, 위치 검출 센서(48).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 자기적 비대칭부는 상기 제1 변압기의 상기 제1 코일(74)과 상기 제2 코일(76) 간의 결합(coupling)을 상기 제2 변압기의 상기 제1 코일(74)과 상기 제3 코일(76) 간의 결합에 대해서 변화시키는 요소(98, 100)를 포함하는, 위치 검출 센서(48).
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 요소(98, 100)는 상기 이동 방향(94)에서 볼 때에 위치-의존적 단면 기하구조를 포함하는, 위치 검출 센서(48).
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 요소(98, 100)는 상기 대칭점(96)으로부터 볼 때에 비대칭적으로 배열된, 위치 검출 센서(48).
- 차량의 제동 시스템(2)을 작동시키기 위한 장치로서,

상기 이동 방향(94)에서 상기 브레이크 페달의 위치를 검출하고 상기 브레이크 페달의 검출된 위치에 의존하여 설정될 제동력을 표시하는 신호를 출력하기 위한, 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 센서(48)를 포함하는, 제동 시스템 작동 장치.
