제1 폴리올레핀 미세 다공막과 제2 폴리올레핀 미세 다공막을 갖고, 셧다운 온도가 128∼135℃, 두께 20 μm당 30℃ 내지 105℃에서의 투기 저항도 상승률이 1.5 sec/100 ccAir/℃ 미만, 길이 방향에서의 F25 값의 변동 폭이 1 MPa 이하인, 길이 1000 m 이상의 적층 폴리올레핀 미세 다공막.(여기서, F25 값이란 인장 시험기를 이용하여 시험편이 25% 신장되었을 때의 하중값을 시험편의 단면적으로 나눈 값을 나타낸다.)

Claims (12)
- 제1 폴리올레핀 미세 다공막과 제2 폴리올레핀 미세 다공막을 갖고, 셧다운 온도가 128∼135℃, 두께 20 μm당 30℃ 내지 105℃에서의 투기 저항도 상승률이 1.5 sec/100 ccAir/℃ 미만, 길이 방향에서의 F25 값의 변동 폭이 1 MPa 이하인, 길이 1000 m 이상의 적층 폴리올레핀 미세 다공막.(여기서, F25 값이란 인장 시험기를 이용하여 시험편이 25% 신장되었을 때의 하중값을 시험편의 단면적으로 나눈 값을 나타낸다.)
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 폴리올레핀 미세 다공막이, 멜트 플로우 레이트가 25∼150 g/10 min, 융점이 120℃ 이상 130℃ 미만인 수지를 포함하는, 적층 폴리올레핀 미세 다공막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재한 적층 폴리올레핀 미세 다공막의 적어도 한쪽 면에, 수용성 수지 또는 수분산성 수지와 내열성 입자를 포함하고, 평균 두께 T(ave)가 1∼5 μm인 다공층을 마련한, 전지용 세퍼레이터.
- 제3항에 있어서, 다공층의 길이 방향에서의 두께 변동 폭(R)이 1.0 μm 이하인, 전지용 세퍼레이터.
- 제3항에 있어서, 수용성 수지 또는 수분산성 수지가 폴리비닐 알코올, 아크릴계 수지 및 폴리불화비닐리덴계 수지 중 적어도 한 종류를 포함하는, 전지용 세퍼레이터.
- 제3항에 있어서, 적층 폴리올레핀 미세 다공막의 길이가 2000 m 이상인, 전지용 세퍼레이터.

(c) 상기 제1 및 제2 폴리올레핀 용액을 1개의 다이로부터 동시에 압출하고, 냉각하여 미연신 겔상 시트를 형성하는 공정
(d) 상기 미연신 겔상 시트를 적어도 3쌍의 종연신 롤 군 사이를 통과시켜, 각 롤 사이의 주속을 단계적으로 증대시킴으로써 종방향으로 연신하고, 종연신 겔상 시트를 얻는 공정(여기서, 종연신 롤과 이것에 평행하게 접하는 내열성 고무로 피복한 닙 롤을 1쌍의 종연신 롤 군으로 하고, 당해 닙 롤이 종연신 롤에 접하는 압력은 0.05 MPa 이상 0.5 MPa 이하이다)
(e) 상기 종연신 겔상 시트를 클립 간 거리가 텐터 출구에서 50 mm 이하가 되도록 파지하고 횡방향으로 연신하여 2축 연신 겔상 시트를 얻는 공정
(f) 상기 2축 연신 겔상 시트로부터 성막용 용제를 추출하고, 건조하는 공정
(g) 상기 건조 후의 시트를 열처리하여 적층 폴리올레핀 미세 다공막을 얻는 공정을 포함하는, 적층 폴리올레핀 미세 다공막의 제조 방법. - 제8항에 있어서, (d) 공정에서의 이웃하는 종연신 롤의 주속비가 단계적으로 증대하는, 적층 폴리올레핀 미세 다공막의 제조 방법.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 기재한 적층 폴리올레핀 미세 다공막의 제조 방법에 의해 얻어지는 폴리올레핀 미세 다공막을 반송 속도가 50 m/분 이상으로 권심에 감아 올리는 공정을 포함하는, 적층 폴리올레핀 미세 다공막 권회체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재한 적층 폴리올레핀 미세 다공막 또는 제8항 또는 제9항에 기재한 적층 폴리올레핀 미세 다공막의 제조 방법에 의해 얻어지는 적층 폴리올레핀 미세 다공막의 적어도 한쪽 면에, 수용성 수지 또는 수분산성 수지와 내열성 입자를 포함하는 도공액을 흔들림 정밀도가 10 μm/Φ100 mm 이하인 도공 롤을 이용한 롤 코팅법으로 도공하고, 건조하는 공정을 포함하는, 전지용 세퍼레이터의 제조 방법.
