Claims (11)
- 용매, 금속알콕사이드 및 커플링제를 혼합하는 단계(혼합 단계);
상기 혼합 용액에 양극활물질을 투입하는 단계(투입 단계);
상기 혼합 용액으로부터 양극활물질을 분리하는 단계(분리 단계); 및
상기 분리된 양극활물질을 열처리하여 금속산화물이 코팅된 양극활물질을 얻는 단계(열처리 단계)를 포함하는 금속산화물이 코팅된 양극활물질의 제조방법으로서,
상기 금속알콕사이드로는 Si(OR)4, Sn(OR)4, Al(OR)3, Zr(OR)4, Ce(OR)4, Ti(OR)4, Zn(OR)2, Mg(OR)2, Ni(OR)2 및 코발트아미노알콕사이드(cobalt aminoalkoxide)로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 1종 이상을 사용하고,
상기 혼합 단계의 커플링제는 실리카 콜로이드를 사용하는, 양극활물질의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 양극활물질로는 Li1 +aNibCocMndMeO2(-1<a<1, b+c+d+e=1, b>0, c>0, d>0, e≥O이고, M은 전이금속 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 금속이다) 및 올리빈계 양극활물질로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 1종 이상을 사용하는 금속산화물이 코팅된 양극활물질의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 용매로는 이소프로필알콜, N-메틸-2-피롤리돈, γ-부틸락톤(butylactone), N,N-디메틸아세트아미드, 1,3-디메틸-2-이미다졸리디논(1,3-dimetyl-2-imidazolidinone) 및 시클로헥산으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 1종 이상을 사용하는 금속산화물이 코팅된 양극활물질의 제조방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 금속알콕사이드로는 MTMS(methyltrimethoxysilane)을 사용하는 금속산화물이 코팅된 양극활물질의 제조방법. - 삭제

상기 금속산화물은 SiO2, Al2O3, ZnO, ZnO2, ZrO2, MgO, NiO, CoO, Co3O4 및 TiO2로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종류의 산화물을 포함하는 금속산화물이 코팅된 양극활물질의 제조방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항, 제5항 및 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 제조된 금속산화물이 코팅된 양극활물질.
- 제9항의 양극활물질을 포함하는 리튬 이차전지용 전극.
- 제10항의 전극을 포함하는 리튬 이차전지.
