Claims (19)
- 리튬 복합금속 산화물을 포함하는 둘 이상의 입자상 1차 구조체가 응집되어 이루어진 2차 구조체; 및
상기 2차 구조체의 표면 및 상기 1차 구조체 간의 계면에 위치하는 리튬보로실리케이트계 화합물을 포함하고,
상기 리튬보로실리케이트계 화합물은 2차 구조체 내에서 서로 연결되어 리튬 이온 전도성 네트워크를 형성하는 것인 이차전지용 양극활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 2차 구조체의 표면에 위치하는 리튬보로실리케이트계 화합물의 함량이 2차 구조체 내부에 위치하는 리튬보로실리케이트계 화합물의 함량 보다 높은 것인 이차전지용 양극활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 2차 구조체의 표면에 위치하는 리튬보로실리케이트계 화합물의 함량이 양극활물질 총 중량에 대하여 5중량% 내지 30중량%인 것인 이차전지용 양극활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 2차 구조체의 표면에 위치하는 리튬보로실리케이트계 화합물은 2차 구조체의 전체 표면적에 대하여 25% 내지 100%의 표면적에 형성되는 것인 이차전지용 양극활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 리튬보로실리케이트계 화합물은 보로실리케이트계 유리, 알칼리보로실리케이트계 유리 및 알루미노보로실리케이트계 유리로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상을 포함하는 것인 이차전지용 양극활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 리튬보로실리케이트계 화합물은 B2O3 및 SiO2를 22:78 내지 82:18의 중량비로 포함하는 보로실리케이트계 유리를 포함하는 것인 이차전지용 양극활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 리튬보로실리케이트계 화합물은 B2O3, SiO2 및 R2O(이때, R은 적어도 하나의 알칼리 금속임)을 포함하는 알칼리보로실리케이트계 유리를 포함하고,
상기 알칼리보로실리케이트계 유리는 상기 B2O3와 SiO2의 합계 중량 100 중량부에 대하여 R2O를 1중량부 내지 24중량부로 포함하는 것인 이차전지용 양극활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 리튬보로실리케이트계 화합물은 B2O3, SiO2 및 Al2O3을 포함하는 알루미노보로실리케이트계 유리를 포함하고,
상기 알루미노보로실리케이트계 유리는 상기 B2O3와 SiO2의 합계 중량 100 중량부에 대하여 Al2O3를 0.1중량부 내지 15중량부로 포함하는 것인 이차전지용 양극활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 리튬보로실리케이트계 화합물은 붕소(B) 및 실리콘(Si)을 포함하고, 25℃에서 10-6 S/cm 이상의 리튬 이온 전도도를 갖는 비정질 산화물 유리를 포함하는 것인 이차전지용 양극활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 리튬보로실리케이트계 화합물은 양극활물질 총 중량에 대하여 5중량% 내지 30중량%로 포함되는 것인 이차전지용 양극활물질. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 리튬 복합금속 산화물은 니켈, 망간, 코발트 및 알루미늄으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 금속; 및 리튬을 포함하는 것인 이차전지용 양극활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 리튬 복합금속 산화물은 W, Mo Zr, Ti, Mg, Ta, Al, Fe, V, Cr, Ba, Ca, 및 Nb로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 원소에 의해 도핑된 것인 이차전지용 양극활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서,
2차 구조체 내에 기공을 더 포함하는 것인 이차전지용 양극활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서,
BET 비표면적이 0.1m2/g 내지 1.5m2/g이고, 탭밀도가 1.6g/cc 이상인 것인 이차전지용 양극활물질.
- 리튬 복합금속 산화물 형성용 금속의 전구체를 리튬 원료물질 및 보로실리케이트계 화합물의 원료물질과 혼합한 후, 850℃ 이하의 온도에서 열처리하는 단계를 포함하는, 제1항에 따른 이차전지용 양극활물질의 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,
상기 보로실리케이트계 화합물의 원료물질은 붕소 함유 원료물질과 실리콘 함유 원료물질을 22:78 내지 82:18의 중량비로 포함하는 것인 이차전지용 양극활물질의 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,
상기 혼합시 알칼리 금속 및 알루미늄으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 원소를 포함하는 원료물질이 더 첨가되는 것인 이차전지용 양극활물질의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 따른 양극활물질을 포함하는 이차전지용 양극.
- 제18항에 따른 양극을 포함하는 리튬 이차전지.
