Claims (66)
- 코어를 가지는 석고 보드로서,
상기 코어는 부직물로 덮힌 하나 이상의 면을 가지며;
상기 부직물의 내면은 상기 석고 보드의 코어와 접촉하고 있으며, 25㎛ 내지 60㎛의 표면 조도 (Ra)를 가지는 엠보싱 패턴을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코어를 가지는 석고 보드. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 석고 보드는 상기 코어 및 부직물 중 적어도 하나에 내수제를 함유하는 것인, 코어를 가지는 석고 보드.

- 청구항 12에 있어서, 상기 부직물은 둘 이상의 플라이인 내부 플라이 및 외부 플라이를 포함하고, 상기 내부 플라이는 상기 석고 보드의 코어와 접촉하고 있으며, 셀룰로오스 섬유, 무기 또는 광물 섬유 및 임의로 유기 섬유의 혼방 섬유를 포함하고, 상기 외부 플라이는 셀룰로오스 섬유를 필수적으로 포함하고, 상기 부직물은 하나 이상의 결합제 및 하나 이상의 광물 충전제 입자를 더 포함하고, 상기 입자는 상기 내부 플라이 및 외부 플라이 중 적어도 하나에 적어도 부분적으로 분포되어 있는 것인, 코어를 가지는 석고 보드.
- 청구항 14에 있어서, 상기 내부 플라이는 상기 섬유의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 셀룰로오스 섬유 25 중량% 내지 60 중량%, 유리 섬유 25 중량% 내지 60 중량% 및 유기 섬유 0 중량% 내지 30 중량%를 포함하는 것인, 코어를 가지는 석고 보드.
- 청구항 12에 있어서, 내부 및 외부 플라이는 동일한 수지성 결합제와 결합되어 있는 것인, 코어를 가지는 석고 보드.
- 청구항 14에 있어서, 상기 입자는 상기 내부 플라이와 상기 외부 플라이 둘 다에 적어도 부분적으로 분포되어 있는 것인, 코어를 가지는 석고 보드.

- 청구항 12에 있어서, 내부 플라이 및 외부 플라이 중 적어도 하나는 내수제를 더 포함하는 것인, 코어를 가지는 석고 보드.
- 청구항 12에 있어서, 상기 부직물의 최종 중량을 기준으로 하여, 내부 플라이는 30 g/㎡ 내지 150 g/㎡에 상당하고, 외부 플라이는 10 g/㎡ 내지 70 g/㎡에 상당하고, 결합제 및 충전제는 함께 20 g/㎡ 내지 150 g/㎡에 상당하는 것인, 코어를 가지는 석고 보드.
- 부직물의 제조방법으로서,
상기 제조방법은,
- 섬유 현탁액을 스크린 어셈블리에 습식 위치시키고, 동시에 배수시켜, 웹의 바닥면에 엠보싱 패턴과 함께 25㎛ 내지 60㎛의 조도 (Ra)를 가지는 표면을 생성하는 단계, 및
- 상기 웹을 건조시키는 단계

- 상기 제1 베이스 스크린은 15와 60 사이의 위사/cm 및 15와 60 사이의 경사/cm를 포함하고,

- 상기 제1 베이스 스크린과 상기 제2 스크린 사이의 1㎠ 당 세공의 비율은 10 이상이고,
