Description
도 2는 Li9.0Na0.8RHO(3.9)에서의 양성자 교환의 수준에 대해 플롯팅된 O2 대 Ar의 O2 흡수 속도 및 동역학적 선택도 둘 모두의 그래프이다. aRHO(3.9)의 전체 H+ 교환 과정에서, 일부 골격 탈알루미늄화가 일어나 4.2의 Si/Al, 또는 H9.2RHO(4.2)를 야기한다.

Claims (27)
- 비-양성자 골격-외부 양이온을 포함하는, 3.2 내지 4.5의 Si/Al 비를 갖는 RHO 제올라이트로서, 상기 제올라이트는 단위 셀당 최대 1개의 양성자를 포함하고, 제올라이트 내에 존재하는 골격-외부 양이온의 크기, 수, 및 전하는 단위 셀당 1개 이하의 비-양성자 골격-외부 양이온이 8-고리 부위를 점유하는데 필요로 되는 것인 RHO 제올라이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 3.6 내지 4.2의 Si/Al 비를 갖는 제올라이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비-양성자 골격-외부 양이온이 Li+,Mg2+, Mn2+, Fe2+, Co2+, Ni2+, Cu2+ 및/또는 Zn2+ 양이온을 포함하는 제올라이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비-양성자 골격-외부 양이온이 Li+ 및/또는 Zn2+ 양이온을 포함하는 제올라이트.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 Li+ 및/또는 Zn2+ 양이온이 단위 셀당 존재하는 골격-외부 양이온의 50 원자 백분율 초과로 구성되는 제올라이트.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 Li+ 및/또는 Zn2+ 양이온이 단위 셀당 존재하는 적어도 70 원자 백분율의 골격-외부 양이온으로 구성되는 제올라이트.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 Li+ 및/또는 Zn2+ 양이온이 단위 셀당 존재하는 적어도 80 원자 백분율의 골격-외부 양이온으로 구성되는 제올라이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 14.23Å 내지 14.55Å의 단위 셀 축 길이를 갖는 제올라이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 14.23Å 내지 14.50Å의 단위 셀 축 길이를 갖는 제올라이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 14.30Å 내지 14.45Å의 단위 셀 축 길이를 갖는 제올라이트.
- 제8항에 있어서, Li7.4Zn1.2RHO(3.9), Li5.2Zn1.8H0.5Na0.5RHO(3.9), Zn4.1Li1.1Na0.5RHO(3.9), Zn5.7RHO(3.2) 및 Zn4.9RHO(3.9)로부터 선택되는 제올라이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 14.45Å 내지 14.85Å의 단위 셀 축 길이를 갖는 제올라이트.
- 제12항에 있어서, Zn4.1Li1.1Na0.5RHO(3.9) 및 Zn4.9RHO(3.9)로부터 선택되는 제올라이트.
- 제8항의 RHO 제올라이트를 포함하는 흡착제의 층에 공급물 스트림을 통과시켜 공급물 스트림으로부터 산소를 흡착하고, 이에 의해 산소가 결여된 생성물 스트림을 생성하는 단계를 포함하는, 산소를 포함하는 공급물 스트림으로부터 산소를 흡착하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 공급물 스트림은 산소 및 질소와 아르곤 중 하나 또는 둘 모두를 포함하고, 상기 생성물 스트림은 산소가 결여되고, 질소 및 아르곤 중 하나 또는 둘 모두가 풍부한 것인 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 방법은, 증가된 압력에서 수행되는 흡착 단계로서 공급물 스트림이 제8항의 RHO 제올라이트를 포함하는 흡착제의 층에 통과되어 공급물 스트림으로부터 산소를 흡착하는 흡착 단계, 및 감압에서 수행되는 탈착 단계로서 이전 흡착 단계로부터의 산소가 상기 층으로부터 탈착되어 다음 흡착 단계를 위해 층을 재생하는 탈착 단계를 포함하는 PSA 공정인 방법.
- 질소 및 아르곤을 포함하는 공급물 스트림으로부터 질소를 흡착하는 방법으로서, 공급물 스트림을 제12항의 RHO 제올라이트를 포함하는 흡착제의 층에 통과시켜 공급물 스트림으로부터 질소를 흡착하고, 이에 의해 질소가 결여되고 아르곤이 풍부한 공급물 스트림을 생성하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 방법이, 증가된 압력에서 수행되는 흡착 단계로서 공급물 스트림이 제12항의 RHO 제올라이트를 포함하는 흡착제의 층에 통과되어 공급물 스트림으로부터 질소를 흡착하는 흡착 단계, 및 감압에서 수행되는 탈착 단계로서 이전 흡착 단계로부터의 질소가 상기 층으로부터 탈착되어 다음 흡착 단계를 위해 층을 재생하는 탈착 단계를 포함하는 PSA 공정인 방법.
- 산소, 질소, 및 아르곤을 포함하는 공급물 스트림으로부터 산소 및 질소를 흡착하는 방법으로서, 상기 공급물 스트림으로부터 질소를 흡착하기 위한 질소에 대해 선택적인 제1 흡착제 및 상기 공급물 스트림으로부터 산소를 흡착하기 위한 산소에 대해 선택적인 제2 흡착제를 포함하는 흡착제의 하나 이상의 층에 공급물 스트림을 통과시켜, 이에 의해 아르곤이 풍부하고, 산소 및 질소가 결여된 생성물 스트림을 제조하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 제1 흡착제는 제12항의 RHO 제올라이트를 포함하는 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 제2 흡착제는 제8항의 RHO 제올라이트를 포함하는 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 제1 흡착제는 37.78℃에서 0.5 내지 3.0 mmole/gm/bara의 질소에 대한 헨리의 법칙의 상수를 가지는 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 방법은, 증가된 압력에서 수행되는 흡착 단계로서 공급물 스트림이 제1 및 제2 흡착제를 포함하는 흡착제의 층에 통과되어 각각 질소 및 산소를 흡착하고, 이에 의해 아르곤이 풍부하고 산소 및 질소가 결여된 생성물 스트림을 생성하는 흡착 단계, 및 감압에서 수행되는 탈착 단계로서 이전 흡착 단계로부터의 산소 및 질소가 상기 층으로부터 탈착되어 다음 흡착 단계를 위해 층을 재생하는 탈착 단계를 포함하는 PSA 공정인 방법.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 흡착제의 층은 제1 흡착제를 포함하는 제1 층 및 제2 흡착제를 포함하는 제2 층을 포함하고, 상기 제1 및 제2 층은 흡착 단계 과정에서 상기 공급물 스트림이 제1 층에 통과되고, 제2 층에 통과되어 산소를 흡착하기 위한 제2 흡착제와 접촉되기 이전에 질소의 흡착을 위한 제1 흡착제와 접촉되도록 배열되는 것인 방법.
- 원하는 Si/Al 비를 갖는 NaCs RHO 제올라이트의 제조 방법으로서,
원하는 Si/Al 비를 갖는 NaCs RHO 제올라이트와 함께 RHO 제조 혼합물을 시딩하는 단계, 및 상기 시딩된 RHO 제조 혼합물을 에이징시키고, 결정화시켜 원하는 Si/Al 비를 갖는 RHO 제올라이트를 형성하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 NaCs RHO 제올라이트는 비-양성자 골격-외부 양이온을 포함하는, 3.2 내지 4.5의 Si/Al 비를 갖는 RHO 제올라이트로서, 상기 NaCs RHO 제올라이트는 단위 셀당 최대 1개의 양성자를 포함하고, 제올라이트 내에 존재하는 골격-외부 양이온의 크기, 수, 및 전하는 단위 셀당 1개 이하의 비-양성자 골격-외부 양이온이 8-고리 부위를 점유하는데 필요로 되는 것인 방법. - 제24항에 있어서, 상기 RHO 제조 혼합물은 18-크라운-6, 물, 및 실리카, 알루미나, 나트륨, 및 세슘의 공급원을 포함하는 수성 혼합물인 방법.
- Zn2+ 및 Li+ 양이온을 포함하는 RHO 제올라이트의 제조 방법으로서,
NaRHO 또는 (NH4)RHO 또는 Na(NH4)RHO 제올라이트로부터 선택되는 출발 제올라이트를 제공하는 단계, Zn2+ 양이온으로 출발 제올라이트에서 Na+ 및/또는 NH4 + 양이온의 일부 또는 모두를 교환하여 아연-교환된 RHO 제올라이트를 제공하는 단계, 및 그 다음 아연-교환된 RHO 제올라이트에서의 양이온의 일부를 교환하여 Zn2+ 및 Li+ 양이온을 포함하는 RHO 제올라이트를 제공하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 RHO 제올라이트는 비-양성자 골격-외부 양이온을 포함하는, 3.2 내지 4.5의 Si/Al 비를 갖는 RHO 제올라이트로서, 상기 RHO 제올라이트는 단위 셀당 최대 1개의 양성자를 포함하고, 제올라이트 내에 존재하는 골격-외부 양이온의 크기, 수, 및 전하는 단위 셀당 1개 이하의 비-양성자 골격-외부 양이온이 8-고리 부위를 점유하는데 필요로 되는 것인 방법. - 제26항에 있어서, 상기 출발 제올라이트를 제공하는 단계는 NaCs RHO 제올라이트에서의 Na+ 및 Cs+ 양이온을 NH4 + 양이온으로 교환하여 (NH4)RHO 제올라이트를 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
